About me?..Well, I am English and live in North East London, and am originally from Newcastle.

I am a reliable optimist, I have rather happy friends. I have a Job which I find exciting, unpredictable and sometimes rather exhausting and so I tend to seek (and often find) tranquility on my days of rest. I used to be an actor / voice artist until 2002 when I had a complete career change and joined one of the Emergency Services.

I am seeking a woman who is full of life, an equal partner. Someone to laugh and giggle with. I'm looking for a relationship. I laugh and smile a lot and want to be with a woman who wants to be happy.

I don't drink alcohol at all but have no views on anybody else's drinking. But if you use drugs then please gently walk on by.

I loathe...having to have a mobile phone....erm....lot's of other things I suppose. Oh and I have no interest in football...but NFL, well, that's another matter altogether.

My life is pretty good and I'm looking for a happy woman to share it with...I'm NOT looking for a fling or a one night stand...we all deserve more than that, don't we?

I'm not a fan of Text Speak i.e. GSOH etc: If finding the right person is important then taking the time to communicate is important...yes? By the way "lol" originally meant "lots of love"...ahah!

TV...er... Formula 1...and ermm..Downton Abbey but couldn't watch it with 6 advert breaks so had to get it on Blu-Ray...Juat watched the final episode of series 2 on BluRay before it's on TV
