I'm pretty sure I am the quintessential girl-next-door. I like meeting nice people, having conversations over drinks, talking about things we've done, things we want to do, places we've been, and places we want to go.

I like music, movies, sports (all of them), TV, food, cultures, learning and traveling.

I'm going back to school after a year and a half break. I'm going going to get a 2nd degree, this time in Physical Therapy.

Well, I work and am looking for something that makes me happy while making me money. Idealistic isn't it?

As I said before, I'm going back to school. I have a degree in film, and that doesn't get you much. So I've decided to do what I should have done a while ago, and go into Physical Therapy. I have a long spiel about this because I get asked a lot how you go from film to PT, but I won't put it here, because it's long.

I really want to help people and the environment. A goal I have is to travel overseas and help kids who otherwise wouldn't get the care they need. I also really want to go to Thailand and help them clean the reefs along the coast. I saw a volunteer thing that you can do, they get you your scuba certification and you clean up the ocean.

Otherwise, I love going to sporting events, especially the Royals and Jayhawks! Hanging out with friends and family, and taking walks and playing fetch with my dog. I love being outside.

Everything... and being humble about it.

I've been told I'm a good listener, rambler, and am kind of humorous... truth be told, I can be a freaking hoot.

I'm short. People always notice how short I am.

Movies: Too many to list, some favorites are Amelie, anything that Judd Apatow has done, Walk The Line, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining, Coming Home, Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Cohen Bros movies, Slumdog Millionaire, The Cutting Edge (Secretly).... many many others. I'll watch pretty much anything, within reason.

TV: The Office, 30 Rock, House, Fringe, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Conan, The Amazing Race, Intervention, Celebrity Rehab, I watch Band of Brothers every time it's on. It is the best mini series ever.

Music: Dave Matthews, Nickel Creek, Yonder Mountain String Band, David Gray, CCR, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Queen, The White Stripes, The Decemberists, Death Cab, Bob Marley, Simon and Garfunkle, Andrew Bird, Clapton, Jack Johnson, Joshua Radin,Sigur Ros, Tom Petty, ... a lot of others.

I'm going to list material possessions

5. a ball for my dog to play fetch with.

How the universe is expanding, yet is infinite. How does something infinite expand?! I love Space.

Also I think about my future, just general things. And now I will be thinking a lot about school!

Out with friends... possibly playing Scrabble, maybe if the mood strikes, Apples to Apples. If I'm in the mood for an argument then Monopoly.
Or grabbing some drinks somewhere. Yeah, that's more likely. Although, I do love game night.
