My name's Steven Reilly I graduated from The Evergreen State College, I studied political economy. I live back home in Seattle, and work for a roofing company. I'd like to find a relationship, but itd be fun just to meet some new people too. I'm looking for a sweet girl, I want to find someone who is interested in really caring about someone else.

If you didn't know me you might think I'm really stern and serious all the time, I don't try to look that way it's just kinda my neutral face, but once you start talking to me you'll see I'm kinda a goofy guy, I make a lot of silly jokes to show I'm a friendly, I like to make facetious jokes which I try to make it obvious that I don't mean what I'm saying, so if I say something shocking realize I don't mean it.

I like to have friends come over and chill, I like to do exciting things, but for the most part I'm ok with staying home with people I like. I have a cat named Doug, so I hope you are ok with cats, cause he's my bud.

I realize this is a cliche but I have a hard time describing myself, I like a lot of nerdy stuff, like rpg video games, and I like to collect kitschy things like soviet memorabilia. But a lot of people don't really know that stuff about me, not cause I try to hide it exactly, its just something I wouldn't bring up around people that probably aren't interested , same with politics and economics, I've studied it for the last 5 years, but I try not to get in peoples faces about things they aren't interested in.

other than that, its hard to describe myself because I have a broad spectrum of tastes, I've recently gotten into country because of the guys I work with, seriously country has some great love songs! but I also grew up listening to punk and ska, I also love rap music, socially conscious or G-funk.

all this being said, I can pretty much get along with most people, I try to be very open and accept new groups of people, they don't need to be nerdy or cool or anything, as long as they aren't assholes.

I just finished my education by studying abroad in Venezuela and I'm trying to keep practicing my Spanish

career path at this point, not sure. I'm working as a roofer during breaks from school, and though I dread the idea of doing manual labor the rest of my life, it's always an option. I'd definitely go into the union if I was planning on spending much time roofing or doing something similar.

However studying politics and economics I would also love to get into journalism at some level, or work inside the government. I couldn't be an economist with my level of training in economics but I am able to imagine economic repercussions of political decisions. I might decide to goto grad school in next 5 years and then I'd have more of an idea of where I wanted to go.

Music: my tastes are broad but arbitrarily strict, not that I can't like other stuff, and I try not to act like a music snob, I just get a lot of enjoyment out of the music I love and it's hard for me to appreciate other stuff.

I feel like theres a barrier between me and everyone else sometimes, I can't connect with other people in classes and stuff, I want to, but the more I try the more I feel like theres something wrong with me.

basically I feel like I can't click with anyone, but here I am trying to anyway, if you knew me in real life you'd probably think I seemed pretty normal, as in you probably wouldn't peg me as introverted, or anti-social, or anything like that, but it's meeting new people thats the problem. Once you get to know me though I'm a pretty nice guy, silly and a little weird, but not in a bad way ;-) so I think it'd be worth trying to get to know me.
