I'm always smiling. That my happy soul is shining through my eyes, from a spirit that is infectious (OOOOOOOOH that doesn't sound good), I meant contagious. (even worse!) Irresistible! Yeah...that's what I meant. People love my honesty, kindness, and know that I'm always a caring and loving man.

I love mysteries. Books, audiobooks, etc. Jeffrey Deaver, James Lee Burke, Dashiell Hammett, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Dorothy L. Sayers, Raymond Chandler, Stieg Larsson, Ross MacDonald, Mickey Spillane, Michael Chabon, and…and…….

Movies: Indie and Art Films. I gravitate towards foreign films, documentary, and film-noir, too. And new ones, too. (occasionally). (smile)

Music…The Blues and The Jazz. The Swing and The Big Band. The Rock and The Roll, Rockabilly, Dixieland, Zydeco. Dancin' to toe-tappin' and slow mo'. East Coast and Cheek-to-cheek.

I love all foods. Spices electrify the human palate and savors the experience of life.

While I have left tracks among the streets of many US cities, I would love to further indulge my passion for travel by escaping to Paris in April or to breathe in the fresh, romantic air of Tuscany in Italy. I would like to explore the islands of Greece and relish in the silent wisdom of Egypt.
