So a little about me...Professional Chef(former but once a chef always a chef), massage therapist, future Chiropractor...in the words of Einstein "I'm not talented...I'm just passionately curious". If you can't tell by my professions I'm a bit of a service oriented kind of guy, I love helping out or volunteering whenever I can. My Myers-Briggs Test says it all...I'm an INFJ(Google INFJ if you're curious). I would describe myself as compassionate, intelligent, witty, optimistic, intuitive, honest, energetic, and passionate. I'm what one might term an extroverted introvert but by no means am I a walking contradiction. My friends would tell you that I'm one of the most reliable, selfless, and unique people they've ever met.

I love camping and being outdoors. I grew up in a little town on the Mississippi gulf coast and have been so fortunate as to have lived abroad. I moved to Dallas to start Chiropractic school and look forward to starting my practice once I graduate...hopefully in Colorado.

I'm working on my doctorate in Chiropractic and Homeopathic medicine at the current moment and also working as a massage therapist on the side. I also just picked up the viola. To be honest I'd like to find someone to spend my life with but I refuse to settle.

A wide variety things. Accents/imitations...I do a great Bill Clinton, Christopher Walken and GWB...they are usually a hit at parties and social gatherings. I also have Gollum down pretty well, yeah it's kind of creepy.

My eyes, my smile, and my unique personality...and from what I'm told I supposedly share a likeness with Patrick Dempsey.

Music:
Anything Classic Rock: Beatles, Stones, Zepplin, Floyd, Hendrix. Big fan of blues and jazz; Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Etta James, Jhonny Cash, Johnny Lang, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Black Keys, B.B. King, Muddy Waters. I also like Florence+the Machine, Muse, Incubus, DMB, Sevendust, Tool/APC/Pucifer, Green Day, 30 Seconds to Mars, Sting (and The Police), Alex Clare, Thievery Corporation, Beats Antique, Band of Horses, Damien Rice, Bon Iver, of Monsters and Men, Imagine Dragons, Iron and Wine, Yonder Mountain, Jason Mraz...I pretty much like it if it is not Country(Johnny Cash is folk), annoying POP, or Rap and has some depth to it. Oh and I have to add on Sinatra and Martin and Buble. I would apologize for the long list but I love music it speaks to my soul.

Food:
Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Fusion (when done right), Italian, Arabic and Greek (when done right)and...truffle oil(it deserves it's spot). I love a good steak...if it's over medium you may as well eat a shoe. Oh and anything spicy. I have a huge sweet tooth, unfortunately I can't bake for anything. I love refined food but don't get me wrong biscuits and gravy, a good ole' hot dog, or some chicken and dumplings...that'll make me sing too. The Food question could take me a year to write...I'm like Andrew Zimmern I will try anything at least once...and probably go back for seconds.

Family/friends, my dogs, good set of cooking knives, wine, good food, and the outdoors (particularly camping and being near water)

The interconnectedness of all things

It varies; Cooking for friends or a significant other(when I have one). Going to a jazz/blues club/restaurant, or staying in and watching a movie.
