My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an easy going, reasonable, reasonably intelligent guy. I like myself and most people I meet (they mostly like me too). I think of myself as a responsible and honorable man. (hopefully, this doesn't make me sound humorless and boring...I'm not...really, I'm not!)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a job I like; I'm fixing up a recently purchased home (attempting a yard rescue too but I may be too late); looking for the next trip to take.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
...laughing at life and keep moving along.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm smart. ...relatively speaking.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I'm always reading something and almost never reread a book so its hard to pick a favorite; some of my favorite authors are David McCullough, Stephen Ambrose, Rudyard Kipling, Charles Dickens, Bernard Cornwell, Robert Heinlien, Tom Clancey and many more.
Music: Rock and classical symphonic.
Movies: I don't care much for horror or slasher films but I like just about everything else.
Foods: Tex-Mex, Italian, Chineese and anything I can put on a BBQ.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
First, coffee. Without coffee I'd lack the motivation to think of five other essentials.
2. Passport
3. Laptop
4. Skis
5. Compass
6. Books (& now my Nook)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I'm still thinking about what to write here. Is that ironic? (yes, that's my sense of humor.)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm usually at home on Friday nights decompressing from the work week and re-charging for Saturday.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Admit nothing! Ever!

Actually, once I get to know someone I have very few secrets.
