I am a master of languages. I speak English, Geek (native speaker), Jock (fluent), and Girl (intermediate).

I like random vignettes. I was the 3rd most ethical person in Waco, Texas. I lived in Seattle for 9 years and still don't drink coffee. I once went to sleep on a train and woke up on a boat.

I really enjoy the bizarre, surreal, and absurd. Anything that pushes boundaries, makes me go WTF, or challenges my worldview requires a second look, and if it's hooked up to a strong story, a striking image, a solid melody, or driving beat... well, then I'm hooked.

I savor intense discussions, wandering, getting lost up a mountain, silliness, hugs, and enjoying time being with good friends. Myers-Briggs says I am INTP, which seems about right, though I'm really ambiverted.

I've done a couple different things in past lives. I've worked at an online game startup, helped found a non-profit, interned for a Senator, spent a summer 150 feet away from Jeff Bezos, and labored most of my twenties for the Evil Empire before going back to grad school.

Occasionally during intimate moments I've hopped out of bed to grab my laptop so I could figure out how to tie a particular knot. I'm not sure if this speaks to kink or simply that I was never a boy scout (literally and otherwise).
