My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I just started back at Purdue this fall after a couple year break. I graduated back in 2008 with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering (yep, rocket science!). I worked 2 different jobs after I graduated, one was NASA. I then realized that I wasn't happy, so I decided to go out on a limb and go back to school. I am currently studying physics, something I really enjoy. I will graduate in May with my 2nd undergrad degree and be heading to grad school next fall.

I tend to be a fairly shy person and it normally takes me a little while to get comfortable with new people. But eventually I do get comfortable and will open up, if given the time and opportunity.

I love sports. I play soccer when ever I can. I used to coach soccer at one point but gave it up. I play some football too. But to be honest I'd play anything! I someone wanted me to play cricket, I would figure out how and play. I also love playing video games sometimes in my free time.

I am always open to trying new things. And I like to see how things play out, before I makeup my mind on something.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I am back at Purdue trying to give a different career a try, since my first one didn't work out as planned.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Math and science are the 2 things I am really good at. I am also fairly athletic given the opportunity to prove it.
The first things people usually notice about me

The first thing people usually notice about me is that I am very quite at first. But I do try my best to be out going.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I love reading fantasy and science-fiction books! I'm a big Brent Weeks fan, loved the Night Angle Trilogy. Currently I am in the middle of a couple of books, the Ender series, Game of Thrones (I have to finish the book before I watch the TV show), and The Black Prism. I just can't find time to finish them with school right now.

Movies: I am a fan of most action movies and comedies. I don't really have a favorite actor or actress, which some people find odd.

Music: When it comes to music I am tend to like most rock. I do like a little pop, but I am not a huge country or rap fan.

Food: I tent to be a little bit of a picky eater. I do like different varieties of food e.g. Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese. But I usually only like 1 or 2 dishes in each.

TV: I like a wide range of shows: Doctor Who, Bones, How I Met Your Mother, Top Gear (British version), Big Bang Theory

You know any good jokes or even any bad ones. You enjoy reading. You think geeks are awesome (and the are). Or you are just plain bored.
