My Self-Summary

I am currently a college teacher. I'm pretty goofy most of the time and always seem to have some comment, no matter how obscure a reference it may be. I'm also well-rounded and like long conversations (even if they're just pointless ones), going out for dinner/drinks, or going to an LSU game (preferably football or baseball) and tailgating with my family and friends. There's nothing wrong with spending the night at home watching a movie or talking (or giving a massage), or just randomly deciding to go somewhere.

The most important thing I'm looking for is trust and respect. I'd also like someone who doesn't mind having their own life outside of the relationship -- it just makes the time spent together that much better. Overall, I'm just looking for someone who is fun to be with.

What I’m doing with my life

More like what I'm not doing. I'm exposed to loads of different things at work, so there's always something new going on. One day I'm helping out with live theater performances and the next I'm learning a new digital FX software. It keeps me busy and interested.

A little song, a little dance, plus I can write.

A little of everything and nothing in particular. I'm a jack of all trades and love to learn as much as I can about as much as I can (wait a minute....), which is why I'm not outstanding at any one thing.

The first things people usually notice about me

Been told my eyes by some, hair by others. I once had the cashier at Popeyes ask if she could touch my hair. It's happened more times then I care to admit.

I think that I sometimes come off as a little too weird to some people. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor that sounds a bit awkward/ closed-off when people first meet me.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Hard to pick a favorite in anything -- I like so many things.

(A) I love to read, and am usually reading anything and everything that I can come across. I tend ot stick to sci-fi/fantasy.

(B) Again, tough one. My DVD collection is one of the more diverse ones you'll ever see. I have everything from really bad action movies to Academy Award winning dramas.

(C) I mostly like rock, though I'll listen to anything but rap.

(D) I love italian, mexican and most foods. Recently I've been on a kick with trying new foods, so I'm open to suggestions.

I seceretly wish I was Batman... or to at least have the ability to be as well prepared as Batman. He has a "Bat-thingamajig" for every situation!
