Ha ha, well when you get to our ages this gets to be a long task:) How do you do this and accentuate good things yet not sound like your bragging or blowing smoke. I was born in PA as a country boy. I had an awesome childhood and school experience. I found myself in the Restaurant business and did everything there was to do including owning my own place by 25 (read as "I am a good cook"). When I grew tired of the food business, I moved to NJ. I stayed with my sister for a while when my first nephew was born. While I was breaking into the Computer business I was able to babysit my nephew when they needed for few months and still continued to do so all along. (Good with kids :) I worked in the IT business in NYC for the last 10 years after working my way up in some temp positions and found myself in management ( Can fix your computer:) After growing tired of long commutes and winters I decided to move to warm FLA. and change careers again. Now I work in communications (read as free TV service) for now at an entry level position but I don't expect that to last too long.
To sum up: I have had a fun and interesting life. I am not afraid to take chances to improve my quality of life and put my all into everything allowing me to move up or improve at things that are important to me. I try to apply the same to my personal life as my professional life and am looking to meet someone I can share that with here.
I figured I would try to here to meet someone that has the same interests as myself. I love the outdoors, fishing, kayaking, I own an Jeep and a Honda Spirit Shadow, I love to ride. I also enjoy video games (yes been playing them ever since space inavders came out). I am honest, and I need communication. I am also quiet at first, don't mistake it for an insecurity but after a while I may share too much:) If something is bothering me in a relationship I need to talk about it. I have never cheated on anyone in my life and at this age I am not planning on starting. I enjoy anything outdoors, love the summer, I have had a change of heart recently and think that a child would not be out of the question however it is not written in stone. I want to pay a mortgage instead of rent. I want to grill in my backyard. I have a good career but it is not important to me. ( ha ha a lot of this was old, I made it south!!) I hope in 2 years I can move to a southern state where it is warm all year round and I can enjoy my outdoor activities all year round and find something that I love to do for a career. I want a pool or pond or river in my back yard in the worst way!

Right now I am just plugging along, I do the 9-5 in the city, long commute and after 10 years am tired of it. I am looking to meet someone so I can share some fun activities with or just some nice quite time. I am working on getting myself in a position to do whatever I want in 2 years as far as my life goes. Moving, changing careers, traveling etc. I changed my career about 10 years ago from the Restaurant Business (yes I can cook) to the IT field but now want to change again.

No Country, no Hip Hop however

a lot of stuff, climate change consumes a lot of my time, how the hell we put Bush in office not just once but twice, the universe, what i want to do next for a living to name a few but my mind flies all over all kinds of topics when I am sitting with some quiet time

Tired from commuting in and out of the city all week and usually just go home and relax, if not i stay in the city with friends and we have a good time. More of a Saturday person however. I am tired of the bar scene these days, I never thought it would get old, I would rather get some sleep, get up early and do something fun but I am not opposed to going out either. that sounds contradictory but I can not think of another way to phrase it. I guess I do not feel a strong need to go out but enjoy it when I do shall we say. To much coffee, I am rambling and I am done on that note.

I am loving Lady Gaga, just wish she had a different, might not be so hard to admit you like her :)
