Okay, I'm back. Maybe. Sort of. Lol It's been over a year, and I've played with my hair color for the first time in my life. I'm blond now! So I need new pictures to put up obviously.

I am dorky, independent, and friendly

New job, new house, and new life. It is all keeping me very very busy right now.

Coming up with unique answers to the question "What do you want to do". They aren't always good ideas, but I come up with them. Would you take a turn, or would you make me keep brainstorming for you?

My height. I'm told my eyes sometimes by people who don't seem to be looking at my eyes, but the first question I usually get is "How tall are you".

I always head straight for the sociology section in the library or in book stores. Right now I am reading "Dancing in the Streets A History Of Collective Joy" by Barbara Ehrenreich. "Geography of Nowhere" by James Howard Kunstler is what I usually point to when someone wants to know about me through what I read.

I haven't been to the movies in ages! I'd love to go see the new James Bond. I don't own a TV yet, but when I did I really liked documentaries and independent films.

Music I am all over the map now. I used to be a snob and think classical was the only kind of music worthy of attention. Then I found out I have no talent. It was a tough pill to swallow, but it made me realize that all the music I used to turn my nose up at has that essential quality I lacked as a musician.

Spicy food! Yum! I'm not a vegetarian, I just prefer to order stuff without meat. If a host were to serve me green fuzzy meat I would eat it without hesitation. I'm not to fond of seafood, but the last guy I met on OKC turned me on to sushi. I didn't get to keep him, but I could still enjoy a spicy tuna roll.

Health and fitness I see as a necessary evil more than a hobby.

Three more things I will have to come up with later. I am already living without so many things I thought I could never part with in the past.

Other people. It is my philosophy that everyone is more concerned with what others think of them than what they think of me. So I don't care what others think of me. I try and reassure others of what I think of them.

On alternate Fridays I am either with my kids or with my friends. With my kids I could be talking/playing video games, out hiking, or cracking the whip getting the house organized. With my friends, I could be at a coffee shop, out listening to free live music somewhere, or on occasion I have been dragged to the Saddle Rack to stomp all over some poor cowboy's feet. I am absolutely awful at dancing.
