Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I wish I could get over the uneasiness of writing about myself. I'm
an incredibly honest person and some times I share too much. I know
this may not be the best forum for that but I wouldn't be myself if
I hid the bad and only wrote about my attractive aspects.
My name's Cedrick. I'm 25 and never finished university but I find
myself tutoring high school and college kids in math and physics
for a living. I want to expand my business, write a novel, and
accomplish another goal that is a little more private. I'm not sure
which one of the three is the most probable, though.
I'm a flirt, I can be a pig at times, but I'm prouder of the
hopeless romantic that I tend to be. I'm that guy from the movies
that does the adorable, cute, yet super corny shit that might make
you puke but I try not to go over the top. Most of my best friends
are chicks - even after a bunch of introspection, I'm still not
sure why that is.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Like I said before, I tutor high school and college kids. Ideally,
I'd tutor 30+ hours a week, but right now I'd settle for a steady
10 or so while I try to build my clientele back up.
Whenever that gets slow I pick up a few hours at my parent's
pizzeria. Regardless, you can find me there pretty much daily for
lunch or dinner.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'd definitely have to put math at the top of this list followed
closely by my supreme knack for putting my foot in my mouth.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People regularly underestimate my age. Do I seriously look 18? I'm
25. Sorry, I can't grow a beard.

People tend to give me shit for my taste in music so I'm used to
it. Maroon 5 is my favorite band ever and it's not even close.
Though, if my taste in music is your least favorite thing about me
then I think I'm doing all right.
I've probably only ready a few hundred books in my life but maybe I
should pick one up considering I'm trying to write a novel.
I'm really picky about food. Guacamole, butter, eggs, bacon - all
things you people seem to love but I really hate them. With that
said, when I'm out with a pretty girl, I've made it a habit of
eating stuff I wouldn't normally eat - like scallops, tacos with a
lot of 'weird' stuff in it, and spaghetti carbonara, just to name a
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My crazy dreams. I love keeping track of them. I see them as a way
to communicate with myself about things that I otherwise might
avoid in my waking life.
Maroon 5. Every single one of their songs might be about a girl but
they figured out what works for them and stuck with them. They
weren't all that compelling as Kara's Flowers singing about other
Heat - both the basketball team and the ever-present sensation that
allows us, as South Floridians, to visit the beach 9 months out of
Marlins - unlike with Heat, here I'm only talking about the sports
Beaches - it wouldn't be life in Florida without beaches.
Caipirinhas - I've only been cognizant of them for about a year but
I don't think it'd be exaggerating to say it's been the happiest
year of my life.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Dreams - both literally the ones I had last night and the ones I
someday hope to accomplish.
Wisdom teeth and when I'll have some spare cash to spend on
Commas and when to use them. Lists are easy enough, but remembering
to use them with interjections and identifying subordinate clauses,
especially with longer sentences, is a bit of a pain in the ass.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I've got this awesome schedule where I can do whatever I want,
pretty much whenever I want. With that said, I normally keep things
low-key but I do end up hitting up a bar or two with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I guess I don't value my secrets as much as everyone else - I'm
always opening up to anyone who shows interest. If you're curious,
I'm down to tell you a few stories, just don't judge me too
