Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I grew up in the mountains; my parents were gold miners. It was a
pretty swell childhood--when I was eight I became passionate about
fishing and spent almost every day the whole summer canoeing up and
down part of the river with my fishing pole. After high school I
spent a year doing manual labor full-time, saved up all my money,
and used it to study in China for a year. Afterwards I did my
undergrad in Physics and Chinese at Pomona College.
Some things I do or know at least a little about:
-Tennis, Table Tennis, Ultimate, Martial Art, Working on
cars/motorcycles/bicycles, Programming, Dirt-Biking, Chinese,
Computer Games, Cooking, Cycling, Juggling, Mushroom Hunting,
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've been in San Jose working at my first job for almost two years
now. It's hard to believe that it has been so long. My company
builds atomic force microscopes, and I spend most of my time doing
experiments trying to prove that people should buy them.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'm boycotting this question.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Have you seen that one episode in Buffy where she gets the ability
to see the thoughts of people near her, and she's appalled that
Xander is thinking about sex every five seconds? That's me. I'm
Xander. Well, I don't want to sell myself short, but I'm probably
not nearly as witty or good looking. I do have both eyes, though!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Starting this very week of 9/16 I'm going to be getting on a
serious schedule at Cung Le's MMA gym. So Friday nights will be MMA
sweetness, then I'll be ready to paaaarty. But I don't know where
the party is at, so I may end up just coming home to try to beat
the last level in Cave Story instead. Somebody lemme know where the

I had a comparatively severe problem with procrastination in my
last two years of college. I like to think that I've grown since
then, though--look at me here now, spending time surfing OKC!
I occasionally go on bad movie binges. Usually RomComs and High
School movies. On my most recent such episode I enjoyed Just One of
the Guys, Can't Buy me Love, Say Anything, and The Breakfast Club.
Past favorites include She's Out of my League and The Ugly Truth.
