I am geeky, snarky, and fun.
My Self-Summary
Self introductions are so embarrassing... My name is Kevin, I
graduated college a few years back and am working at a medical
company as a
Senior Software
Engineer. I cannot live without my friends; they are the most
important thing to me. I program computers, and watch
sci-fi/fantasy/geeky TV shows. I am also a fan of
anime and Japanese culture, aka what
in America we call an
otaku. I help staff at a local anime
convention (oh why do I do a silly thing like that). I have
recently started Tai Chi classes and Aikido classes.
What I’m doing with my life
I currently work as a
software engineer (computer
programmer).
When I'm not at work, I'm spending time with my friends, playing
games, or being bored.
Untill recently I've been attending night class to learn Japanese
(just for fun). I hit the limit of what that college teaches, so
now it is down to raw memorization. I have recently began taking
Tai Chi and Aikido classes.
There's a lot of things I would like to do...but...it would take
far too long to put them down here.
I've been reading/studying/playing with
PIC microcontrollers. It's been a lot of
fun; though I have not made anything out of them... yet! I am
debating re- engineering the DDR pad I made with it somehow.
I’m really good at
Computers,
Programming,
Anime,
RPGs (console mostly), Board
Games, Card Games, and various other random things.
The first things people usually notice about me

antisocial, which I am not) around people I do not know.

The six things I could never do without
In alphabetical order by 2nd letter, they are:
- Anime
- Computers
- Work(or the structure it provides)
- RPGs
- My Friends & Family
- My Parent's Cats (Though I miss them a lot since I moved out)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future, and all the potential that it holds ...
When am I going to take my next trip to
Akihabara...err, I mean
Japan; or even to that random
city a few hundred miles over that way.
Really nifty things.
Whatever is shiny nearby...oooh, shiny...
On a typical Friday night I am
I have no typical Friday night routine. I could be at Comedy Sportz
with friends, out at a movie, or maybe I'll be at home relaxing
from the week with some DVDs or whatever my Tivo has recorded for
me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
それはひみつです。(=That is a secret.) If you want to know something private
you'll have to ask me. Alright, I'll tell you just one private
thing here, but don't spread it around: I'm a geek.
You should message me if
... you want to? Seems obvious enough.
