I am Kooky, Witty, and Left-Handed.
My Self-Summary
I am a professional
geek that loves to listen to
music. I'm a musician myself,
but I pride myself on my
writing. I write songs and short
stories, and am also writing a novel. If you ask nice I'll show you
the first chapter.
I have recently started playing with some other musicians, which is
exciting. It's nice not to have to come up with EVERYTHING, and
having creative input from others is great too. For the first time
EVER I'm working with a DJ, which brings a whole new world within
reach. I honestly feel like there's NOTHING we can't do. Top
notch!!
Update: The new music project is REALLY coming together!!! Check it
out: myspace.com/splinteredwould.
Update: Splintered Would has had over 1,000 hits in the first two
months!! The first single is almost done!! Stay tuned!!
What I’m doing with my life
Living the dream!! I've got a job I love that's turning into a
sweet career, just enough free time to value every minute, and the
coolest daughter in the world.
I know everybody says the same about their own kids, but I have
proof to back it up. She loves her soccer team and just got her
yellow belt in Karate. She hates English overdubs in movies, and
her three favorite movies right now are Dirty Dancing, Footloose,
and Ghostbusters. She's also partial to Bruce Lee movies, Indiana
Jones, and EVERYTHING Tim Burton has done.
I’m really good at
Writing after midnight, making
elaborate desserts from
scratch, juggling (makes the produce aisle at the store REALLY
fun), entertaining kittens and babies (Love ya, Doopies!!), making
people laugh, creating inane spinoffs to movies and tv shows (I
have an awesome idea for the next Final Destination movie), and
more!!
The first things people usually notice about me
The spirited fire in my eyes when I smile, the determined sound of
my brisk walk, the clipped way that I talk when I'm excited. I
don't know, I haven't commissioned an exit poll on my first
impression.

On a typical Friday night I am
No such thing as typical...sometimes at home with my daughter,
sometimes scribbling a new song, sometimes burning the candle at
both ends at work.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I was born tongue tied (no joke, I couldn't talk), and to this day
my mom regrets having it fixed (kinda joke). If you want anything
more personal, you're going to have to earn it. "The tougher the
shell, the sweeter the meat."
