My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm funny, smart, independent and open-minded. Generous and kind, expressive, optimistic. I enjoy art galleries and museums (esp. late-20th Century stuff), checking out new restaurants, walking around various green spaces, baking cookies, and cats. This summer I'm looking forward to hitting the Farmers' Market, doing a little camping, and taking advantage of the sunshine while it's here. It's stacking up to be a great summer already - but I'd rather have a guy by my side for all that stuff. He should be kind and smart and funny like me, both gentlemanly and a little edgy, creative in some way, more of a glass-half-full than a glass-half-empty kind of man. A good listener.

I really want to meet new people, have some new adventures. I haven't been married before, but I hope to find The One, it would be nice to sit on a front porch with someone every morning for a long time. (Is that too much?)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I own my own business, and I put a lot of energy and love into my work. I work with both my hands and my head, and am so lucky that I get to make amazing things all the time. If I had a proper job title, it would be "creative director" or something like that. But I fancy myself more of a hostess, a facilitator, a connector.

I'm constantly striving to make myself a little better and a little better – a little healthier, a little more organized, a little less stressed out, a little better at flossing.

Long-term goals include taking regularly scheduled vacations, getting a cabin up north, and winning ribbons for baking at the Minnesota State Fair.

… you're a good man with a bad-ass streak. …. you want to wear something vaguely fashionable to an art opening … farmers' market, roller derby, bellying up at a dive bar and/or wine bar all sound like great dates … you have something to teach me, cuz I know I have things to teach you.
