Eggs Benedict with slices of avocado and a mimosa, Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Ⅴ, a glass of chilled rosé at noon, rye Triscuits with Roquefort, Kumamoto oysters, green olives stuffed with garlic, marinated in lime-juice and dry vermouth, duck confit with cassis sauce served with pommes frites and a bottle of 1995 Château Cheval Blanc, flambeau Grand Marnie crepe with a glass of sauterne, French connection made of Courvoisier and Disaronna with Godiva dark chocolate truffles.

Music:
It veers every time a Monarch butterfly flaps its wings in Ipanema. Ella Fitzgerald; Mary J Blige & Marvin Gaye; Van Morrison & Verdi, Brahms & Beyoncé; Ray Charles & Rihanna. Adele; popular can be good. I listen to what I like and what plays on the radio. I’ve been told radios can be tuned to different stations. Who knew?
