My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a songwriter and an indie filmmaker. I was the director of photography on an independent film called "In Search of a Midnight Kiss," and I moved to L.A. two years ago to further my career and continue to shoot independent movies.

What do I enjoy? Riding along the bike path between Santa Monica and Venice, visiting the Getty Museum, rocking out with my band Sybil, and making indie movies with insanely creative friends. I also enjoy liberal politics, Manhattan, shrimp fajitas, Flintstone vitamins, three-part harmonies, Taxi Driver, the Shazam iphone app, hilarious uber-nerd women, the ravioli of Buenos Aires, Casablanca on blu ray, teaching my two crazy nephews (ages 8 and 5) how to trash talk, Curb Your Enthusiasm, ACL aftershows (Grizzly Bear!), Alamo Drafthouse pirate parties, existential alt country rock (Wilco), Six Feet Under, Club Largo, and having snowfights at Rocky Mountain national park. I also dig karaoke, with special kudos to anyone who can nail Tears for Fears.

I am cinematic, musical, and open-minded
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
As I said, I moved to L.A. two years ago to work on more feature films. I've worked as a cinematographer and editor on three feature films in the last year: a comedy called "Carlos Spills the Beans," an intense romantic drama called "9 Full Moons," and an epic romantic comedy called "Meet Me in Montenegro," which I'm just wrapping now. Advice for those visiting Montenegro: Make sure your will is done, because there's a good chance you'll die in a rent a car, as people drive like there's no tomorrow (and for many, it's true!)

As far as the rest of my life goes, I write scripts, I work on songs, and I try to get out and have as much fun as a can, whether that be movie going at the Arclight or Aero Theater, hiking at Griffith Park, adventuring at Venice Beach, or just relaxing at home and watching Game of Thrones.
