My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Started out in VERY rural upstate New York. It seems like I've been moving around ever since. It looks like I'll be staying put for a while now.

I spent four years in Boston working in a bunch of different fine dining restaurants. Ended up taking the helm of a french bistro for a couple of years. Decided it was time for an adventure. So I moved out to Denver. My sister and her family have lived here for a pretty long time. It's been nice to be around them for a while.

I am a pretty big hockey fan. I grew up playing it every winter on a pond behind my grandparents farm. It turned into a family event most years. (Those were the good ole days). I don't think I could ever live in a city that didn't have an NHL team present.

I'm not much of a party person, I usually stay pretty low-key. I avoid drama like the plague. I like going to movies, museums, art galleries, theatre shows, concerts. Doing stuff outdoors is always fun. I've recently gotten more into building things.

So far I have;
-worked/lived at Disney World (college program 2007)
-lived/worked inboard a cruise liner in the middle of the Pacific.
-gone skydiving over the most amazing piece of ocean around.
-drove from the southern most coastline to the northern most in a straight shot.
-survived two major near death experiences.

I haven't yet;
-owned my own restaurant
-made it to every country in Europe
-published a novel
-learnt how to play the cello
-figured out how to ballroom dance
-gotten to conquer a 14er

Any help on completing the above would be appreciated.

I'm an ISTP for what it's worth. Some people have actually asked me in the past.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work for a catering company, mainly prepping for parties in their warehouse. I do a few events though. Trying to work on getting my own restaurant out of the clouds and up and running.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

-Making introductions.
-Being able to sit still
-Being subtle or understanding subtly

My sweet dance moves.

Ok, serious answer; probably the tattoos. I'm working on getting full sleeves. And I'm tall.

Food
I love all food. I could make pasta by hand every single day and be happy. Usually with a rolling pin and not a pasta roller, but everybody has their lazy days.

There is an audition tape for Top Chef that a friend and I made. We had had a couple and my cooking was not up to par. I don't aspire to be a television chef. And luckily I never received a call back.
