My Self-Summary
I'm a musician/teacher/writer. I have done every form of performing
except marching bands and porn.
I've been playing music since I was 15, and writing lyrics since I was 13. I've played in a few local bands and graced several stages in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tallahassee, Cocoa, Sarasota, Panama City, and Conyers (Georgia). My primary instrument is guitar, but I started with bass and still play on occasion. I also sing along with writing lyrics.

I started taking writing (other than lyrics) seriously in college. I've written many poems, short stories, a few short screenplays, and currently working on a novel.

What I’m doing with my life
I was a teacher last year. Now the state's education system is
messed up and I can't find a job. I'm now working for a tutoring
center and hope to eventually start substituting. I'm still looking
for full time jobs. Also, I've recently gone back to school to get
my professional certificate. Honestly, I enjoy classroom settings
and miss learning.

Writing, playing music, conversing about anything (particularly
things that are potentially inappropriate).

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: Lately I've been trying to get into books about current
events and US history. I also enjoy novels, particularly the
classics. My favorite book of all time is Moby Dick by Herman
Melville.
Movies: I prefer comedies, particularly those of the more 'in-your-face' crudity (American Pie series, Eurotrip, etc.), but I also enjoy good dramas with good stories, like Forrest Gump.
Music: My favorite bands include (in no particular order): Metallica, Matchbox Twenty, Korn, Three Days Grace, Evanescence, Nonpoint, Sevendust, Godsmack, and things of the like. I'm also very supportive of the local music scene.
Food: Pasta, pizza, and most meats like steak, chicken, so on and so forth.

Despite what I say about how much I enjoy writing, I didn't write here for the sake of actually having conversation. Why tell you everything here when you could just ask?
One last thing: I don't know exactly what I'm looking for right now. I don't feel good enough for something long term right now, but I know I eventually want it. I don't have many deal breakers (besides excessive drug use), though I'm developing a new one: must like the cold and the northern weather, seeing how I want to eventually move there.
