Be who you are, fully and authentically, and amazing people will show up and surround you with the most incredible reflections.

I'm a pretty simple guy . . . I do both music and healing work (body/energy work, coaching, teaching movement) for a living, and I follow the beat of my own drum. I'm not always up on what's happening in the mainstream, being much more likely to be tuning in to what's going on within, or to the people close to me, and taking my cues from there. Not that I don't read, or pay attention to the outside world . . but the mainstream narrative is something I'm quite comfortable leaving alone!

I'm passionate about growth, process, expansion, and even passion itself. I tend to let things happen in the now, moment by moment.

Same goes for relationships. You can't plan them . . but can only allow them to unfold over time.

People tell me I have a warm and nourishing energy.

I am deep, sensual, and inquisitive

Playing music with 4 different bands, finding inspiration wherever and whenever possible, teaching movement and energy work, coaching others in unraveling and getting down to the core, and being as physically incarnate as possible while still remaining spiritual.

Oh yes . . and learning. Constantly.

Eye contact, kissing, and deep listening, to name a few. Singing, playing piano/keys . . . I think I tend to be good at whatever really captures my interest/imagination. A short list might be: Music, photography, healing touch, sailing, intimate conversation, massage, writing / editing (both in word and sound) . . being authentic.

Deep eyes, perhaps. Or maybe it's the fact that I'm making direct eye contact. Some say it's more about the feeling I give than anything else . . they say I can be pretty calming/relaxing. And then some people call me "intense". Your mileage may vary!

It's been a long while since I've read any fiction, but I've been into everything ranging from Douglas Adams to John Clancy. These days I tend to dive into books on growth, metaphysics, and spirituality. You know . . real life :)

Movies . . some of my old faves are Labyrinth, Young Frankenstein, Waking Life and The Little Prince. I recently saw Samsara and really loved it. Moonrise Kingdom was a lot of fun too. One that someone showed me not long ago, was Shortbus. Anyone seen that one?

I'm into just about any and all music, with the exception of most pop, and some country, and I have a passion for both classic and progressive rock. I like music that sounds -real- as opposed to mechanized or pre-packaged. I also especially like listening to music I've never heard. You'll generally find my car stereo on either 90.7 WFUV, or Q104.3

My eating habits are mainly vegetarian with some fish as well. Veg-aquarian perhaps?
