My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Roark, and I am a cynical individual interested in music, polyamory, drinking, video games, comics, and have a special spot in my heart for entertainingly bad vintage media and the riffing of it. Plan 9 and Manos are just the tip of the schlokberg.

I've taken Meyers-Briggs a few times and gotten mostly INFP.
If you want more than four letters to describe my personality, I'm practical but whimsical, and tend to consider the world a very grey area. My humor can be biting and sardonic, abstract and thoughtful, or just plain dumb. I ain't got no fucks to give.

Also, I'm very LGBTQ and 420 friendly, though I do not smoke and am the token straight CIS guy amongst my friends.

Your cat will like me more than it likes you, and that is not an innuendo.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
playing music and attempting to be a band leader/manager, biking around, helping folks move and watching B-movies.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not being at home, walking places (it's fun), biking, breaking bikes, fixing bikes, making music, being on the internet, finding good deals on vintage clothing.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have blue/grey eyes and In the summer I tend to be ambiguously tan, so people get curious about that.

I unno, what do you notice?

Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The Alchemist, Ray Bradbury's short stories, Clockwork Orange, Scott Pilgrim series, Bukowski, and lots of pulpy goodness.

Shows: Adventure Time, Steven Universe, MST3K, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, King Of The Hill, Avatar:TLAB, Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy, Ghost Stories, Parks and Rec, and probably a hundred other things.

Movies: Everything I've seen by Wes Anderson, the Coens and Tarantino (excluding Deathproof), SLC Punk, most Indiana Jones, Plan 9 From Outer Space, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Those are probably my current favorites.

Music: So much. The Sonics, Larry and His Flask, Streetlight Manifesto, Black Keys, White Stripes, Foo Fighters, Sex Pistols, Flogging Molly, Nirvana, Queen, Muddy Waters, Sun House, Julia Nunes, Jack Conte, DFA1979, Japandroids, AWOL Nation, Jason Webly, Tom Waits, The Raconteurs, Fitz and the Tantrums, The Devil Makes 3, Gogol Bordello, Thao with the Get Down Stay Down, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Red Fang, Ok go, Minor Threat, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Blitzen Trapper, The Black Lips, ad infinitum...

Food: Most things, just not sea food. I love pizza, nachos, omelets and Thai food in particular.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sans order:
-A guitar
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The current music industry crashing and burning and the beautiful internet-powered Indie phoenix that shall rise from its ashes.
And how I can try to get in on that.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to shows, playing shows, staring at the ceiling pondering the infinite questions life presents, and how to satirize them.
