I am funny, creative, and a nerd.
My Self-Summary
I love
travel and
studying
foreign languages, apparently
my Japanese is good enough for basic level conversation, I got a
lot of compliments while I was over there but I'm not sure whether
to believe them or not heh.
I really admire people who are creative and hope to become someone
with a high creative output someday... right now I'm trying to
develop a decent work ethic. Well, a better one anyway.
I'm a bit of an introvert and prefer to keep certain aspects of my
life private. I don't even have a MyBooks or a SpaceFace yet! I
really open up quite a bit after you get to know me though.
I think
honesty is
really important so if you ask me, I'll either do my best to avoid
the question or I'll give you the truth. (I'll probably cave and
just tell you anyway haha) Also, I consider myself to be pretty
tolerant and
forgiving, but
still think that there are some things that just can't be forgiven,
so I consider myself lucky to be a person who hasn't had many
unforgivable things happen to him.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently attending
Western Washington
University to get my degree in
Graphic Design. I also took a
trip to
Japan this
summer. Ask me and I'll show 'n' tell you all about it.
Whenever I'm not dinkin' around I like to spend my free time
leveling up my various traits and abilities: going for walks to
raise VIT, drawing raises MND, and practicing making beats or
playing harmonica raises CHR stat. You say building character, I
say character building.
Aside from that I've decided to take the plunge and picked up my
first cell phone and applied for my first credit card. Yeah, I'm a
freak, I know.
I’m really good at
Talking,
listening, and
making people
laugh. I can also usually get through the Jumble every day.
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing I notice that other people notice about me is my
sense of
humor. I'll have to ask some people and get back to you on
that.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: I have to
admit I don't read very often these days, but I do enjoy reading
stuff if it really grabs me. Stuff that has grabbed me: David
Sedaris, Douglas Adams, A Song of Ice and Fire, Wheel of Time, The
Yiddish Policeman's Union.
Movies: Anything by
Tarantino or Miyazaki, Fight Club, the Seven Samurai, and the
greatest movie ever, Ghostbusters.
Music: Erykah Badu,
Jay Dilla, stuff from Stones Throw, Esperanza Spalding, Rodrigo y
Gabriela, and lots of classic Hip Hop, Tribe Called Quest, De La
Soul, The Pharcyde, Nas, Deltron 3030, Handsome Boy Modelling
School, etc. I also enjoy jazz, funk, soul, bossa nova, and a
little classic rock.
Breakfast: Milk
and Cereal (Generic Brand Frosted Mini-wheats)
Lunch:
Quizno's
Dinner: Mambo
Italiano
Dessert: Gelato at
Sirena's
The six things I could never do without
1. Music
2. Friends
3. Sneakers
4. Computer
5. Internets
6. Electronic Entertainment Programs more vulgarly referred to as
Vidya Gams
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I have a lot of imaginary conversations with people I know, usually
when I have something important I want to say and I'm trying to
figure out exactly how I'm going to say it. It never ever ends up
going quite the way I plan though. I love daydreaming about all
kinds of random stuff while I'm working on something. It's the best
of both worlds!
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out at a friend's house, watching a movie or playing a
game.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I went to a public bath while I was in Japan and no one would share
the bath with me. :( Errr... I don't mean that the way it sounds.
Get your mind out of the gutter. Shame on you.
You should message me if
I seem like the kind of person you would like to talk to/hang
around with. But we're all adults here, I'm sure you didn't need me
to tell you that. Perhaps you should send me a message if you feel
I've offended your intelligence with such a poorly thought out
answer to this question.
