I'm the worst. Summary complete.

I'm a chef at an old folks home. I'm also trying to drag ass through a degree, just to say I have one. Other than that, I'm swimming, going to estate sales, writing love letters to hide in the world, like Easter eggs, reading three books at a time, and only ever finishing one of them, perfecting mac n' cheese, some other stuff, probably.

Cooking, baking, eating. Self-deprecation. Self-adoration. Keeping an apartment clean. I like writing a lot, but I wouldn't say I'm particularly gifted at it. Games. Trivia, word, board, some video. Saying yes to kinda stupid ideas. Concocting kinda stupid ideas. I'm pretty good at thinking, but I haven't tried in a while. I used to be able to dance to that song, "Back That Ass Up", really well.

How pissed I look all the time. Or maybe it's my unique averageness.

If its an old person who used to be really into sweatin', they probably notice that I am, in real life, Richard Simmons...that's not true. I'm sorry.

Here are some things I really like. Scotch, Topo Chico, cheese, travel plans, friendly competition, the belief that something awesome is about to happen.

I like to try to deductively "read minds". I can't. But I like to try. I also like to stare at cool bugs I see. I do think about the bugs, so that counts. Also, the existence and nature of human civilizations over ten thousand years ago. A lot of how I should be spending my time, too. I think I should take a kung fu class with other pudgy bearded Jews right now.

Addendum: from recent inspection of my high matches on here, I do find myself wondering why, for everyone who answers, "yes", to the question, "if you like someone, do you usually make the first move?", they all, without exception, find the answer, "no" unacceptable in a potential match. Just...curious.

Last Friday I went to the trampoline gymnasium. The Friday before that I watched Blade Runner alone and folded laundry. Both times I drank a lot of Johnny Black. I don't know which is more typical. The scotch-drinking seems fairly typical, though. Let's go with that. On a typical Friday night, I'm drinking scotch.

I kinda hate it here these days. Not kinda. But I figure it must just be me.
