I am Italian and Greek, 5'6" 130 lbs. I am an avid reader, a movie buff, and a lover of all kinds of music. I like going to museums and walking in Central Park.

I love graphic novels, comic books, Greek mythology, Texas Hold'em, and the original Nintendo. We have a Wii, but my girlfriend's more into that than I am.

Oh yeah, my girlfriend is roesmoker. We kind of come as a package deal. We are both bi and looking for other couples and select singles to play with. She is a musician and I am trying to be a stand-up comedian. We go to open mics a lot. We are looking for people on okcupid rather than some sex site because we both like a little romance. We prefer touching, kissing and getting to know each other over wham bam. If you are a couple it would be great if you are both bi, but we would settle for one.

I am insightful, quiet, and random.

I have a Masters in Library Science and worked full time in an archive for 4 years, but I am now unemployed.

I joined Occupy Wall Street about a month into it, October 2011. I was involved only peripherally due to laziness and the unwillingness to get arrested. I no longer really go to much in the way of protests outside the occasional benefit show. If you are more involved or less involved, that's cool. Just don't bash it if you know nothing about it.

I am currently trying to be a stand-up comedian. I am also a poet and have performed poetry in front of an audience. I haven't been booked on any shows yet but I go to a couple of open mics a week.

I always try to do that which will make me as happy as possible for as long as possible. Of course, sometimes thinking about this too much can interfere with the enjoyment of a given moment. There is a time for thinking and planning, and a time for saying the f--k with it and just letting yourself go.

I hate the idea of dying. Death doesn't really upset me, but the idea of not existing anymore kind of annoys the hell out of me. Although they are irrational, I can understand why people cling to the idea of an afterlife. This is why I will never understand why people commit suicide, and why I have little sympathy for those who do. They are perfectly free to do so, but I have no sympathy for them.

Perhaps paradoxically, the authors/artists/musicians/etc. I am most attracted to often seem to be self-destructive.
