I’m really good at
The first things people usually notice about me
Mentally-Sharp as a knife or dull as pudding. Balance my friends, balance.
Spiritually-Passionate and in a phase of deepening awareness and sensitivity. I'm not a theogian by any stretch, what I'm after is discipline and peace.
Posturally/Structurally-Anterior pelvic tilt with a G prime movement preference. For those interested in Cranio-sacral or Jan Sultan-I am an Internal.

MOVIES: Overboard, Cabaret, Star Wars,Big Trouble in Little China, I have a soft spot for the Marvel Universe and its movies that are sometimes disappointing, the first three batman movies and the new batman movies,LOTR, Sylvia,
MUSIC: Liz Phair, Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chili Peppers, TOOL, PJ Harvey, Lily Allen, Tenacious D, Jack Johnson, Victor Wooten, Beastie Boys and Dusty Springfield. Oh, and Bjork too.
FOOD: Kale, Brown Rice, Avocados, Bragg's liquid Amino Acid,Olive Oil, squash, peanut sauce, aloo matar, naaan, ghee, garlic, linguine, to name a few....

4.CENTERING/GROUNDING-This is absolutely necessary for me to move forward with the proper focus.
