My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm 23, living on my own. I'm huge into technology, and spend a lot of time on the internet. I love to cosplay, but find I spend more time dreaming of and planning cosplays that never get finished. I'm totally the girl that will get bundled up, Starbucks in hand, to go explore a graveyard or the woods come fall.

I'm extremely accepting and supporting of LGBTQIA+ and polyamory. I am queer, bisexual (leaning towards women), and poly. That being said, I'm not looking to be the "cool queer girl" you can have a threesome with or experiment with. I'm also not looking to be an addition to a relationship.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At the moment I'm sort of at a stand still where I'm trying to figure out just what I want. I work as a full-time 3rd shift stocker, and when I can manage to get together with a friend it's generally for breakfast and walks in the morning.

I'm looking into going back to school for my bachelors in psychology within the next year, and I can't wait to return to formal schooling. What I'd like to do with it... I've given some thought into teaching, but who knows?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
My job. Often times an information-peddler too. I tend to be good at overreacting, reading into situations and just being a bundle of anxiety. I'm also really great at starting projects and never finishing them, to the point where I still have craft stuff from elementary school.

Being an introvert. I have very little energy for socializing in person, and it's not that I don't want to go for a walk, or go shopping, but I'm already exhausted after work and it's really hard to justify leaving my apartment. To be honest, I'm happiest when I'm merged in a series I love and I get to babble on about it, so that's always a good place to start if you want me to talk.

Being grumpy, to be honest. I get passionate about stupid shit and then I get frustrated and I tend to dwell on it and have a little black cloud following me around for awhile. Let me get it out of my system and I'll by right as rain, though.

I have become pretty independent and self-sufficient by trying to prepare for various disasters from a bad front wheel bearing to infected piercings. (In case you're wondering, sea salt soaks and Bactine are gifts from god with any piercing problem I've had.)

I'm also super good at spoiling my cats and giving them snurgles.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my hair. It's always cut strangely, or dyed, to the point where I now get harassed by coworkers over when I'm going to change it up. Probably my eyes or smile next, but I haven't really ever been in a position where I've been told.

Otherwise, I normally come off as standoff-ish or brusque until I get a feel for a person. I suppose it's become habit to gauge how much of myself to reveal to anyone new, mixed with just not knowing how the new dynamic works.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-A safe place to always return to
-My lovely babus (Elendil, a white tabby mix, Ghost, a black long hair) and my best friend Ashe_Uprising
-A reliable escape
-Hope for a better world
-Good stories
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend a lot of time thinking about work, my cats, shows I'm interested in, stories in my head, continuing my education, feminism, things I need to do but almost immediately forgetting to do them.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Without a doubt working. And if by some miracle I have it off, it's probably because I requested it and I'm on a road trip or at a convention. I'm a total blast, I know.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I really like roleplaying, however, I only do this if I'm totally comfortable with the other person. (Sexually and non.)

Does saying, "I don't like Star Wars," count? Not exactly private, but people tend to act like the world is ending when I admit this. I also find Harry Potter overrated. Oh, and for the life of me I can't get into Firefly. Sorry, not sorry. Also please don't try to play the "GASP YOU DON'T LIKE ____"card in an attempt to be cute or flirty. You sound unoriginal and disrespectful.

you would genuinely like to get to know me and would like to pursue something, even just a friendship. I'm really bad at communicating on OKC, but I do have a tumblr.

You're not looking for a threesome or to liven up your current relationship. I am not looking for couples.

Also, I have a really bad habit of checking my emails and OKC on my phone and then planning on respond on my computer, which I often forget to do, so if I'm slow to respond, that's why.
