Name's Rachel, I'm 23, I'm a dog-lover, basically a kid at heart, I love the night sky, new situations and meeting new people, I like thinking outside of the box, I'm a pretty down to earth person yet I have my head in the clouds. I have big aspirations and hope to fulfill most of them. I have a wide spectrum of humor whether it be dry or sarcastic to dark and crude. My music taste is all over the place(I'll get more into that later). I'm a right brainer for sure

I like to try new things. I like to go on road trips when I can. I have a thing for astronomy and the mythology behind it. I like paint balling, video games(xbox girl), reading, art, music, fishing, hanging out with friends, dancing, and stuff like that. I never want to quit learning. I want to travel the world.

I have my lip pierced (have had the nape of my neck and septum pierced) and I have seven tattoos so far. I have a lot planned out as far as tattoos go. I'm going to be getting a jellyfish tattoo soon, just deciding on placement. I want at least 10 more constellations on my legs. They all hold a story with morals and include history. Also I want some piece of actual art on me. Trying to decide between Escher, Dali, Monet, Renoir, or Van Gogh.

***IMPORTANT*** I'm just looking for friends. I'm in a great relationship and not looking for another one. I just moved here in January. I go to school full time and work full time, so it makes it difficult to meet new people.

Starting my first year in my bachelors degree at UCO

If i were to pick another direction, I'd probably be working on becoming a medical examiner(which still might happen) or becoming an ambassador. Which is basically an important interpreter. I love languages. I know French, Italian, and some Osage. I'm wanting to learn Russian or German.

Learning languages, learning to play new musical instruments, taking care of people, grammar, and making light of almost any situation.

Books/authors : anything by Leo Tolstoy (especially Anna Karenina), The Divine Comedy, J.R.R. Tolkein, the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, Harry potter, the Song of Fire and Ice series, the Inheritance series, the Percy Jackson series, the Wicked series, Robert Louis Stevenson, Mary Shelley, Edgar Allan Poe, Arthur Conan Doyle, Lewis Carrol, and many more. I've been reading a lot of classics lately. Also if you have any suggestions, send them my way :)

Movies : too many to name but I enjoy almost every genre. horror, thrillers, and comedies are my favorite. My favorite movies of all time are Pan's Labyrinth, the Princess Bride, Monty Pyrhon and the Holy Grail, Dragonheart, Highlander, and Boondocks saints.

Shows: Dexter, True Blood, Criminal Minds, Game of Thrones, Pawn Stars, Cake Boss, anything on the history channel, and more.

Music: I enjoy music a lot, I used to play piano, but it fell by the way side after high school. I'm wanting to pick it back up. I enjoy alternative, rock, punk, classical. But I'll listen to just about anything. Some of my favorite bands are Shinedown, My Chemical Romance, Chopin, Five Finger Death Punch, and Blue October, Senses Fail, Biffy Clyro, Mumford and Sons, Flogging Molly, Allison Krauss, Mozart, A Day to Remember, Killswitch Engage, Hollywood Undead, Coheed and Cambria, and the Used.

Food: i love Italian, sushi, and Mexican are my favorites. Funny enough I dont like seafood or really spicy things.

The future: how things will work out, where I'll be in 5 and 10 years from now. Wondering what new experiences this year will bring: new city, new school.
