What I’m doing with my life
When I say I am a designer it is only because that is what I am
trying to convince people to pay me to do. I'm going to grad school
so that soon I can get paid to make books look good. Or magazines.
I'm okay with magazines too. In the mean time I am selling
books.
When I say I am a writer it is only because sometimes I make up stories and type them out. Sometimes I even finish them.
I like to learn new skills and make things.
Currently I am also enjoying living in a real city at last.

Music: My knee-jerk response is The Beatles, Jeff Buckley, Ryan Adams, and Hawksley Workman, who I recently fell in love with all over again (and just caught in concert for the first time; I possibly have now achieved Live Music Nirvana), but lately I am also listening to a lot of: Metric, Blitzen Trapper, Wolf Parade, and Islands.
Television: The Middleman, Doctor Who, NewsRadio, The West Wing, Arrested Development, and, lately, How I Met Your Mother. I catch The Daily Show when I remember.
Food: I like the kind that tastes good. Preferably without mushrooms, and definitely without certain seafoods. I just discovered Ethiopian food, and it is delicious.
