My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I just moved back to Louisiana from Puerto Rico. I'm in that "in-between" phase right now.

Sometimes I have a beard. Sometimes I don't. Right now I don't.

I like kittens and spicy bloody marys. That's a start.

Let's see...I'm a pretty good blend of creative and logical. I come from a long line of mathematicians, and I have an appreciation for that sort of thinking, but my passion lies more with the artistic. Mostly I'm a writer in all its forms, but I think that as an artist it's good to branch out and express yourself in different ways. So just on my own I paint, knit, and do ceramics work. (Just started wheel throwing. It rocks my world.)

I have a degree in creative writing from LSU.

I love animals, and I'm big on animal rights. I don't give other people a hard time about their choices, but if asked about why I'm a vegetarian, I'll give you a big spiel about animal cruelty.

I lean pretty far to the left politically, and I have no problem calling myself a socialist. I don't think it's some filthy concept like most people seem to. I actually don't follow politics as much as I really ought to, but I'm happy to discuss it. In general I try to view issues from as many sides as possible, which can lead to a lot of frustration until I hear other people's firm beliefs -- so bring it on. Maybe we can open our eyes to something new together.

I like willow trees, and I walk around my house in the buff.

Creativity and uniqueness are incredibly important to me.

Be nice. Go green. Keep loving. Stay Happy.

Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.

I try to have at LEAST one meaningful experience a year that sort of puts me out of my comfort zone. I just spent three months crewing a wooden ship up and down the Mississippi River. Before that I WWOOFED in Vermont, and travelled all over Asia.

Is morality universal or relative?

Is a "yellow polka dot bikini" a bikini with yellow polka dots, or a yellow bikini with some other color polka dot?

Three guests check into a hotel room. The clerk says the bill is $30, so each guest pays $10. Later the clerk realizes the bill should only be $25. To rectify this, he gives the bellhop $5 to return to the guests. On the way to the room, the bellhop realizes that he cannot divide the money equally. As the guests didn't know the total of the revised bill, the bellhop decides to just give each guest $1 and keep $2 for himself. Each guest got $1 back: so now each guest only paid $9; bringing the total paid to $27. The bellhop has $2. If the guests originally handed over $30, what happened to the remaining $1?

I love it when a girl takes the initiative and messages me. Honestly, even if I look at your profile but you don't get a message from me, it doesn't mean I'm not interested. Sometimes I just don't get around to messaging someone right away, but would love to hear from you.
