What I’m doing with my life
I run. A lot. I recently completed two marathons in October because I have an odd sense of what's fun. (However, that level of running nonsense is done until I repeat the cycle of torture next summer.)

I also seem to have an unending supply of home improvement projects to work on.

During the work week, I spend my time navigating and sorting through other people's dysfunctional relationships.
I’m really good at
Finding humor in bad situations, which sometimes leads me to laughing at inappropriate things.
The first things people usually notice about me
My resting bitch face (wait, don't run away, that was a joke). I have no idea how to answer this question.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I love to read, but cannot pinpoint a favorite. I'm currently reading Ready Player One by Ernest Cline.

Movies: The original Star Wars Trilogy, Dangerous Liaisons, The Lives of Others, High Fidelity, Terminator 2, Shaun of the Dead, and Braveheart. Despite some of those selections, my taste runs more to arty/independent fare.

Shows: Game of Thrones, The Americans, The Venture Bros., Hannibal, The Daily Show, Archer, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, The Wire, Justified, and Fargo.

Music: The National, Neko Case, The Walkmen.

Food: Indian, my mom's lasagne, my grandmother's enchiladas.
The six things I could never do without
A Sense of Humor
My iPhone (horrible to include for so many reasons, but true.)
Swear Words (Kidding. Maybe.)
On a typical Friday night I am
You can find me at happy hour with co-workers, out with friends, or relaxing at home watching Real Time with Bill Maher.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I sing loudly and badly along with whatever music is playing in my car provided I am driving alone.
