I am funny, honest, and easy going.

My Self-Summary

I've lived in Tampa since 2003 after moving from the Chicago area. I grew up in Sarasota and have the same best friend since I was 15. I love to play golf, watching movies and TV shows, listening to music of all sorts, but not too much into rap. Try to get to the Bull from time to time for line dancing. I like sports... baseball, football, NASCAR (don't worry I'm not a redneck). I'm pretty laid back and like to have good times hanging out with friends.

What I’m doing with my life

Since 2004, I've worked in law enforcement and loved almost every minute of it. It's a job like any other. It has it's good times and bad times. Good more than bad.

I’m really good at

This one is tough. I try to keep up with my golf game.

Characteristics I'm good at is being honest. I won't say I try to be the a-hole type, but I prefer people to be honest with me so I extend that to myself to be honest. I believe honesty, communication, and loyalty are the most important things to have in a relationship.

I love to help people out too. I'll give you the shirt off my back as long as you promise not to run away when I take it off.

The first things people usually notice about me

I like to hear people talk. I'm all about listening to rants and venting. I'm more of a listening than a talker. I don't let a lot of things get to me. My job is stressful enough that I don't need to have others bring me down. I'm very good at leaving work at work and home at home. Trust me, if you knew the crazy things that happen at work you'd want to know how I do it.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Not a huge book reader. But the books I've liked are Brave New World, Angels and Demons, and of course Dennis Miller's Ranting Again (very funny).

Love to watch any type of movie, especially comedies (Office Space, Waiting, Dumb & Dumber). But all time favorite would be Braveheart.

I generally listen to rock music. 90's alternative if I have a choice. My favorite bands then were Live, Smashing Pumpkins, Our Lady Peace. But as I said before I can listen to all music from John Coltrane to Metallica to Johnny Cash.

And I love food. Mostly Italian or Mexican. Big fan of sandwiches. They're easy to make and you can put anything between bread and eat it.

The six things I could never do without

My friends and family- I'd go nuts not having neither of them. Listening to my dad ramble on and on. My mom's great outlook on life. And my sisters and their families (Lots of fun).

DVR- I gotta watch certain TV shows. Chuck, Family Guy, The Fringe, NCIS, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, and more.

Golf clubs- I love being on the course. The green grass, the challenge of the game when the biggest challenge is yourself, and improving at it.

Video games- Great stress reliever and time killer.

Texting- So easy to communicate with people when they're at work and don't want to get in trouble talking on the phone and sending funny jokes.

My truck- I love to drive and it hasn't failed me yet. 4 doors and I have plenty of room to put anything, anywhere.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

What day is it and what did I forget to do?

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually out with some friends line dancing. Again, I am not a redneck. I know... truck, NASCAR, country music, and line dancing. But believe it or not it is fun. Trying to learn a dance or at least remember the moves of the one's I already know. I'm not that great but I'll giving anything a try. If there's a lot of spinning involved you can more than likely count me out.

I'm not a big drinker though. I may have one drink when I go out, but typically stick to water or soda.

You should message me if

you want to get to know more about me.
