I like long walks on the beach.... and blah blah blah. I don't think that anyone can truly learn who you are based on some little "essay" written with the motive of making yourself look better. I'm Ryan, I'm a senior in high school, and I like boys. I also like politics - a lot. If you ever want to have a discussion with me that I'll care way to much about and be willing to talk about for hours, mention anything related to politics. I also LOVE to dance. I could probably spin that into some metaphor for life to seem esoteric and out there, but I'll save you the time.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm in high school at the moment, currently taking 3 AP classes and getting ready to go to college. I want to double major in Political Science / Computer Science and then go on to get a law degree.

I’m really good at

I'm really good at debate, it's my favorite thing to do. There's little else more satisfying than sparring with words.

The first things people usually notice about me

My powerful forces of seduction.... ha, yeah. Most people notice my opinions, because I definitely don't hide them and I'm not afraid of anyone's reaction to them.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I'm addicted to books; it's borderline unhealthy. I read mostly non-fiction these days, mostly in philosophy and current affairs. Some recent highlights include Freakonomics, Nudge, No Logo, and On the Shortness of Life.

I'm open to most kinds of music outside of country, *shudder*. My favorite band is U2, and my favorite artist is Madonna. (I'm not a tool separates bands and artists, I just want an excuse to have two favorites =p) I'm probably going to like something if it has a good beat and I can dance to it. I spend a lot of time thinking about

I think about stuff that has little connection to daily life too much. Ever pull out in your mind and realize we're on a little rock hurling through space, and suddenly everything seems clearer for some reason?
