I guess this is where i am supposed to sum myself up in a short, easy to read paragraph that is witty, insightful and creative... Sorry, not my style.

I was born in Munich, Germany but grew up living in Germany, South Africa and the United States.

I tend to be fairly easy going and as long as it sound like fun I am willing to try most things (or you could try talking me into it if it does not sound fun at first - that has been known to happen).

Things I like:
Good conversations, mindless action movies, good books, sleeping, photography, good food.

Things I don't like:
Intolerant, narrow minded people, bad food, religious fanatics, thieves, liars, murderers, drug dealers, gangster rap.

What I am looking for:
- Someone that is self confident and knows what they want
- Someone that is single
- Someone that does not have any kids (Sorry, not ready for that).
- Someone that is able to hold a discussion about more that two topics and is able to reason & use logic.
- Someone that is able to explain their believes.
- No religious nuts - If God is the most important thing in your life... go date him.
- Someone that is able to stand my dry, sarcastic sense of humor.

I wish i could figure that one out myself. I would like to eventually own my own company specializing in importing/exporting specialty foods, art items and related goods.

I tend to be generalist, so I am not really good at any one thing.

Things I enjoy doing include photography, swimming, skiing, reading, tinkering (taking things apart to see how they work, fixing them and (sometimes) putting them back together), discussing ideas, concepts and theories, anything technology or computer related, and plotting new ways to take over the world.

I have no clue. It probably depends on where I am and what I am doing and how I am feeling that day.
It also depends on if I am dressed for work or leisure and how much facial hair I happen to have at that time.

I do like to read when I have the time to do so. Some of the authors/books I like include:
Tom Clancy, Jeffery Archer, Robert Ludlum, Alex Berenson, Jack DuBrul, Robert Jordan, J.R.R. Tolkien, the Dragonlance series of books, Schopenhauer, Heidegger, Marquis De Sade, Dostoevsky, Goethe, Goldratt and Friedman.

My taste in movies tends towards action/adventure, sci/fi or comedy. Aside from horror movies I will watch most things though.

I have a fairly broad taste in music. Most of my personal collection consists of 70's/80's & 90's rock and pop music as well as some trance, electronica, easy listening, ska, punk, industrial etc. I can't stand most rap and am not a huge fan of country or classical music.

I am willing to try most foods, as long as they are not overly spicy. Favorite types of cooking include German, Italian and Oriental.

Assuming that all the obvious things such as food, shelter, air, electricity, etc. are being met, I will be happy. Additional things that I would prefer to have would be:
1) Good friends
2) Some way to travel and see the world
3) A cell phone or the internet

The meaning of life. How to fix all the annoying little things that get on my nerves. Better ways of taking over the world. The benefits and downsides of an enlightened dictator ruling the world. Normal stuff really.

At home keeping myself entertained. Unless I am doing something else.
