I've really gotta re-write this
I'm Scotty, and I'm a geek. I watch cartoons and read comics; I love TMNT at 25 just as much, if not more, that I did at 5. I don't play video games for lack of time but I live vicariously as a gamer through my brother. I'm currently an in college as an Audio Production major; it's what I love and what I'm really good at. That and music; I've spent half my life studying and learning the history of rock and roll and the modern age of music. I'm like a walking musical history lesson and up until now it has been a waist of time. Really glad I learned it though.
I'm also a musician but my focus has gone away from it since starting school. When I say I'm a musician I mean just that; I'm not a song writer, I'm a musician. I play Guitar, bass, drums, ukulele (6+ years), harmonica and I know my way around a key board and can read music to an extent. I like to play music, I'm shit with lyrics but I can come up with music all the time and when I do I figure out the bass and drums and keys all at once. I don't care if I'm playing originals or covers or other people's songs; I just like to play. Lately I've been taking this talent with me into the studio to help others.
literally 80%+ of my life revolves around music or sound. I am a sound guy and work at a local bar running sound as well as freelance work. I love the recording studio and It is very much my environment but I think I might want to bring my talents to the animation industry. I use to be a Graphic Design major but realized it was more of a hobby; still enjoy it though.
I also realized something. Because of the fact that I am HORRIBLE at spelling, I will sometimes not message people that have a problem with "improper grammar." Like I said, I fuckin' suck at spelling. BUT I do manage to string words together quite well on occasion. most are spelled wrong but I know what I mean..... and if I ever need to publish them I'll fix it in InDesign
Most of the time I make no sense. MANY things about me are completely the opposite of what most people generally think. Example: no one expects that I can sing the way I do.
