My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I've happily lived on the West Coast for some time now. I'd desribe myself as articulate, warm, intellectually curious and compassionate. My friends and family would readily describe me as a very loyal and caring person. I have a deep appreciation for nature and wild animals, and find as much delight in watching a hummingbird as in stepping out to the opera.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've actually had 3 professions....the first as a teacher, the second in advertising management and currently I'm working as a marketing consultant. I'm a big believer in balance, though, so I also have many interests and hobbies including hiking, live music, tennis, theater, traveling and reading.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing, chatting in foreign languages, cooking and helping others. I'm also really good at sipping fine wines, conversing on a variety of topics and enjoying San Francisco!

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, Tom Wolfe's Bonfire of Vanities and John Berendt's Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil are a few favorites. Love going to the SF Symphony, particularly fond of anything by Brahms, Beethoven and Chopin. Afficionado of live jazz, blues and funk as well, and enjoy going to local clubs such as Yoshis. Great food is awfullly important as well....never get enough fresh salmon, salads and fine chocolates!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Close friends, coffee, nature, music, books and humor (and animals!).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game. to be a good human being, the aspirations of people I love and what is enticing me for dinner...(order of these things can shift...ha!)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Enjoying a glass of wine with a close friend or hearing live music.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well, I have to confess to being a member of own acronym which stands for Coffee Addicts Anonymous....take it or leave it...I'm not your type if you think coffee is detrimental to one's well being.....
