My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
An SF native, lucky to have grown up in a wonderful diverse environment. Growing up I felt supported, encouraged, motivated, and lucky to have a lot of love from a large wonderful family! SF is home & no matter where my journeys in life have taken me, I always come back. Most of my Family lives close by in the Bay Area, and I am close to them.
Happiness in my life is a constant. I am a morning person, but can stay up all night waiting for the sun to rise with the right company.
Having grown up learning about so many cultures in SF made me love traveling to discover them first hand.
The most important thing to know about me is that Hapiness is a constant in my life, and I enjoy seeing the good in everyone above the bad. I have a need for getting out of the city to the mountains, to the oven to foreign countries where I can still drive up to the Pacific Ocean throw some lawn chairs on the beach and enjoy a beverage while watching the sun go down. My favorites destination is Costa Rica, my quick fix is Cabo San Lucas.
I like being a gentleman, it's simply how I was raised and someday if the opportunity presents itself a trait I intend on passing on.
All my previous relationships have taught me something important, but mostly, what I want, and need in my life in order to love unconditionally.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm waiting patiently to meet the right person, I'm not going to rush anything. I go out on a date expecting nothing other than having a great conversation, and probably a connection that goes beyond an intellectual encounter. Chemistry and mutual respect, as it might not happen in one putting or over one drink, I'm patient enough to know it can be something that develops in a different setting than the initial impression.
I'm enjoying my career because it is something I do well, and have earned the respect of my peers in doing so.
I'm enjoying knowing myself well, and seek balance as often possible. I hope you've figured the same for your life also.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Taking action ! Listening, Communicating with words, and sometimes caveman style with gestures, and grunts, or flowers. ( see bottle of wine consumption effects on society ) Entertaining, hosting a sailing trip with friends, Cooking, problem solving, Camping. I love communicating, and when necessary use words, love water sports, (and all activities by the beach ) Am very mechanically inclined, very good with all kinds of tools, did I mention I love the outdoors, I'm good at 4 wheling', driving a stick shift, parallel parking in tight places, horseback riding, Mtn Biking, and Kayaking. My friends say I am good at making everyone around me feel comfortable, and appreciated.
I'm really good at practicing the lost art of Chivalry.
I am great at finding the best in everyone, and every situation.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm genuine, sincere, and my smile is contagious.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
So many to list here, personally I do not think it defines anyone. I read a lot for work, so lately I don't indulge in Artistic literature. But in the past, Atlas Shrugged, The Alchemist, Soul mates and Twin Flames, I love romantic Comedies, Action, adventure, and some SciFi. I read more for work than pleasure, so right now " The Articulate executive" is on my nightstand, It is taking me forever to read this since I picked up a sailing book. The Little blue book of sailing by Peter Islers, and Chasing the Horizon by Captain F. Good lander. (Notice a pattern?)

Music
It is so random, depending on the mood, but my all time favorite song is Bizarre love triangle, Classical favorite pice is Adagio for Strings by Barber. Tom Petty, ( yes please ) My latest favorite song is by Thomas Rhett. it's called "Make me Wanna", and it is Country music.
I listen to everything except rap music, as it is not my taste or culture. I really like 311, Classic Rock, almond Bros, CCR etc.

Movies:
I love all sorts of movies, Taps was the first movie that made me think of my future, and ultimately led me to wear dress blues. Love black and white film movie classics. I enjoy the occasional romantic comedy, they are lighthearted and funny. Action films of course it is in my DNA, and Sci-Fi, that is my main preference, and the list is too broad to list.
I like the fact that there is always a live concert somewhere in the World I can go to.
I truly appreciate the SF Symphony, all those instruments making such incredible sounds, and the vibration in the room, it is magical in my opinion.
I love going to Giants Games, best seats or bleachers who cares. I just love cheering my team on.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
( might add up to more than six, so am going with the generic 6 )
-Loved ones (family, and close friends)
-Music ( live and recorded )
-The Ocean (Beach/Coastline, WATER !)
-Good conversations, (even if just with myself, or the Dog)
-The Elements ( Fire, Air. Water, Earth )
-Faith ( Christian )
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Ralf Waldo Emmerson's definition of Success. Or so he was attributed with the poem.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It is always a random night depending on my week. Every now, and then a simple on the spur of the moment cooked meal at home relaxing works miracles for me. Bar hopping my booty home with friends, sailing, Movies, going to bed early to fly out somewhere, or go on my weekend adventure, who knows? I have no typical anything especially Friday nights.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Nothing, that is why it is private.
