I'm a born and raised Vermonter, so I say strange things like "creemee" without meaning anything sexual, or I say "grinder" and "wicked." I love to laugh, swim, cook/bake, and be a nerd. I like to read but also like to go on adventures, so long as it doesn't involve camping.

I have only older brothers, so I'm not much of a girly girl. I tend to hang out with guys more than girls because they generally watch better TV shows and movies, aren't that complicated, and don't care as much about what they eat. I'm also in a program that has 1 guy out of about 30 people, so I need some time away now and again.

I'm currently finishing my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, so most of the time I'm working with adorable little kids, commuting to my placements, or writing reports (the last two aren't much fun..). I'll admit when I'm done with that I really want to move to North Carolina for a job, with the hopes of someday returning back to VT.

I really love playing games of pretty much any type, but whether I'm actually good at them is another thing. So let's just say I'm really good at being competitive in these games. I also like to cook/bake and think I'm pretty good at it? This bragging thing though- it's harder than I thought!

Favorite books- I read just about anything, and love when I get the opportunity to read something other than a text book!

Movies- just about everything except thriller/horror. I once watched The Shining alone and didn't sleep for about 3 days...

Favorite shows... I tend to go toward humor or drama in TV shows. Currently I've been watching Modern Family, New Girl, Top Gear, Swamp People, The Middle, Fringe and Family Guy.

Music- pretty much anything except country

Food- I'll eat anything except seafood but I love sushi (weird, I know). I'm actually allergic to some styles of BBQ, but it's too delicious to give up!
