Eclectic, elusive, warm and reserved free spirit who wants to enjoy the experience of life and people...sticking one toe into the water rather than diving in. Adventure with safety..works for me.;-)

Have relatively sophisticated tastes mixed with a love of sun, water and green. An appreciator of beauty.... of people as well as things. Playing with life.

Something of a paradox, Smart..and smart enough to choose not to focus on intellectual pursuits, sophisticated tastes but primal focus, searching but expecting to be found instead, gentle and sharp...grin. "Who can expect the sea to be reasonable" Neruda. Thoughtful about many of the things I discover on the winding road of life. Carelessly missing other things in the flush of enthusiasm or discovery.

Very much into poetry, scrabble, laughter, puzzles (NOT riddles), jewelery, Japan, things French, impressionist art, sculpture, flavors of well prepared food, growing things, water anything, dancing, opera, art galleries, architecture tours and travel.

Am also interested in metaphysics, eastern philosophy (Tao, Zen etc), mythology (from differing regions) and yoga. Right now am looking at joy based methodologies like Abraham-Hicks. Have attended Ramtha events. Eat primarily seafood and plants.

I tend to warm up to strangers slowly. A dance at fingertips length for a while before reaching the ignition of a tango. I would like to learn how to to actually (rather than just metaphorically) dance the tango someday.

Also in my future now is to travel again, sort and publish some of my poetry, continue to create jewelry and to finish some children's stories. On the list to learn is scuba, swimming with dolphins, more languages, and to play more than three arpeggios on the guitar and to actually draw well my designs.

Am very busy building these days. Have moved my talent in copywriting and promotion/publicity talents to developing a company that creates websites for small business and entertainers...with a twist. We give content guides so that they have a chance to compete with larger marketing department driven websites.

Also started with a product brokerage company to own a business center with them. It has an awesome online mall giving my customers cash back and wonderful people to support me. Such a switch from going it alone all the time.

Business aside, Am doing a lot these days with breathing and oriental and light based disciplines. Still working sporadically on my French and Japanese CDS...someday they may even sink in. :-)

Still spending time in my container garden, the jacuzzi, at art galleries and music events.

Enjoying having my children near by for the moment. My daughter will be moving away in another year.

Beauty, Creating, the amusing things around me, the light, those I love, poetry, the latest non fiction I have been reading and pondering, practicing awareness of surroundings and rhythms, my kids, esoterism, what am learning now, practical pragmatic issues of the day

Out to dinner and or some activity like a show or dancing. On stay in Fridays it is a glass of wine or Saki, Something yummy and play with whatever am creating at the moment...or schmoozing online with old friends.

I prefer to keep private things.....errrrrr....private! (Grin)

You would like to get together at a bookstore or park to play Scrabble some weekend afternoon. You can tell me a story...take me to see a painting...like to dance and to converse...want to share an amazing sunset...like to laugh...want to share discovery... like to be run to by a partner with discoveries they desire to share with you...:-)

You are attractive, fit and somewhat upscale in tastes i.e. wine, dine, art galleries, theatre etc. yet still like to do some things outside and like to share time inside together (other than watching tv).

You are mature, reasonably fit, good company, know what you like and you have a friendly sense of humor and like to share stories, savor life, accept and enjoy unique people, and are willing to plan ahead.

You ENJOY dating and not in a hurry or pushy. Enticement is a dance that is so much more fun. (I can guarantee that you will NOT get a kiss the first date) Intimacy is ...an enjoyment and expression of opening and discovery...it is not trying on a person like a shoe as fast as possible to see if they fit. That said...a capacity for passion and a desire to share it daily once intimacy occurs...would be ideal.

An amused acceptance of (but not obsession with) old Star Trek, Renaissance faires and comic based movies is a plus.
