I'm Maddie and I just turned 21. I have just returned to NYC. My world has been turned upside down recently, and it's sort of an interesting ride. A few ups and downs, but I'm going with the flow and taking all opportunities that come my way.

Edit*: I refuse to change who I am and what I want in life for anyone. Don't ask me to change my values, college major, hairstyle, sexual preference, etc. I will not change for you.

Edit**: This has recently come up in emails and caused confusion. Pansexual means that I will go out with anyone despite gender or sex/ual preference. That means straight guys, bi guys, bi girls, gay girls, trans people, genderqueer, genderfluid , and anyone who doesn't fit in there.

About Me: I'm a little bit of everything, mostly dork, goth, and sometimes a little ghetto, but that's what makes me who I am. I try not to be very judgmental of others and be compassionate. Hobbies: Singing , craft making, game playing , going out ( but they don't go together too well) . I love mythology and archaeology.
My Secrets:I am a seductress and not afraid to prove it. It doesn't mean I'm easy , and it doesn't mean that you could get this.(LOL) I love nature and I feel at peace sitting/laying outside in the grass and thinking. I'm one of those hopeless romantics and I believe in true love. I believe that love is not all about sex or marriage or kids. Love can be tender and sweet , but at times taste bitter. Love is the ultimate high and the ultimate low. Believe me, when you are in love, you'll know for sure and you will feel it. I believe in expressing your love by caring for your love, doing them random selfless acts of kindness, and supporting them even when it hurts you. I fit somewhere into polyamory. I'm ok with one person, but also could be with 2 or more people. This doesn't mean that I sleep with everyone. I still believe in relationships.

Right now I am working to get myself back into school. I really want to be an Archaeologist , specialising in the Cradle of Civilisation. I have a secret passion for wanting to become a singer, but not a pop star, someone who makes a difference, like Bono . I want to travel the world and make new discoveries. I also sometimes think about joining a relief fund or the peace core, however, I dont have the best health.

Food: I ADORE Chinese food. I eat it almost everyday, and I cook it myself (not premade crap from P.F. Changs) . I also like most other Asian foods, including Indian food, but I don't love Vietnamese food. Italian food is awesome! I love carribean food, especially Puerto Rican and Jamaican food! I love some good ackee and saltfish or mondongo! And I don't think I could live without things like steak. Rare. Yup, bleeding and gross. Oh, and Barbeque is amazing. I'm actually not that picky, so i'll pretty much will eat anything.

Also , I have to admit, there are a few silver fox actors out there who I would mind getting my hands on. These actors Richard Dreyfuss, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, and of course Tim Curry (oh it makes me shiver with antici....pation). There are probably alot more actors...

I am very easily upset if you promise you will do something and then completely ignore it. Don't tell me you'll call me back and not remember until hours later. I will be 1) paranoid and 2) pissed.

The most I've ever drunk , in terms of alcohol, was an astounding 17 beers. I passed out of course and didn't get up for several hours. Long story short? I lost a game of beer pong, without a partner. I will NEVER do that again.
