Hey so I'm Canadian and proud of it! I currently live in a small town but love the energy of the city and hope to one day live in a small to medium city. I'm not big on metropolis cities but less than a million people would suit me just fine. I am a single mother of a 6 year old daughter. I have a beautiful American Cocker Spaniel girl. I love all animals! I love to try new things and meet new people.

About me... I'm 5'3, naturally blonde but often like to change up the hair colour, have green eyes and an average build. I would describe my style as ... mine. I can go from skate shoes to heels in less than a minute, love jeans and skirts equally and often will dress up to go to work one day and wear a hoodie the next. I like change.

I currently work in the Petroleum industry as a Gas Plant Administrator but have aspirations of a Law degree. I own my home and enjoy planning reno's but have a hard time figuring out how to actually carry them out.

I am really good at debating! I love to research issues or topics and have intelligent conversations / debates about it. I'm also really good at thinking outside of the box. Coming up with things to do or ways to do them that are unconventional.

The first thing that people notice about me is my height. They tend to say I'm vertically challenged but I prefer short. Short is beautiful!

If you actually get to know me though you'll also notice that my eyes change colour with my mood. They're green but they will become an intense deep green if I'm angrey or upset and a greyish green if I'm down.

I LOVE to read and watch movies so I have a list of favourites.

For books I will admit that I'm a huge Harry Potter fan. I have read the entire series more than once and can't wait for the movies to come out. I also love anything by John Grisham. He is such an amazing author, seriously a legal genius. I also have been reading anything and everything by Neil Gaiman. If you like off the wall fiction mixed with some fantasy or folklore check him out.

Movies movies movies. I could watch a different movie everyday for a few months out of my collection and not see the same one twice. I like all sorts of Romantic Comedies, Epic Adventures and I have an extensive Disney DVD collection that is waiting to grow. If you read all this and message me please include your favourite disney movie as I'm interested in knowing it for sure.

I like food too. Who doesn't besides those skinny skrawny girls :P I love seafood and chicken and steak. I could never be a vegetarian. I love trying new things and cooking for friends.

Six things I could never do without ... hmmm....

1. My daughter. She's the best thing in my life.
2. My glasses. I'm far sighted and need them to read.
3. Music... I love all kinds of music and can't hardly work without it.
4. Snapple Lime Green Tea. I love it.
5. My cell phone. I am always reachable.
6. Facebook. Seriously the best invention since MySpace LOL

I spend a lot of time thinking about other people. I guess this is a fault to a degree. I think about how other people should or shouldn't be doing things, how they may be feeling and how I think they are impacting the world. I think so many people get caught up in their own little worlds that they forget that this planet is one big community. And we all need to work together to make it a better place.

On a typical Friday night I can be found chillin either at home watching a movie or hanging out with friends. I'm not much of a bar goer but every girl needs to go out dancing every now and again.

I'm seriously claustrophobic.
