My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Im a game writer and concept artist for Sanctuary Game Studios. I'm kind of a workaholic but paint in my free time. I like going to cafés to try different kinds of coffee, and enjoy listening to music. Or catch a late night screeninf of a movie.

I lived in Beirut for 5 years and the states for 16. I currently live in Jordan and thought it would be cool to use okc to try and make new friends and stuff.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I founded a game company called Sanctuary Game Studios in 2013 and we make games, teach how to make games, and help people release their games. We are at 9 people now, trying to find a few more people to work with us, but it is all chill at the end of the day.

I also paint for extra money and hold an exhibition every few months for my work, either in Beirut or Jordan or elsewhere.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I never really get lost for starters. Or that I tend to have a backup plan in case things don't work out well. Or that I like to follow through with things. Not do things half heartedly either. Or coming up with plans for a game or imaginary world pretty quickly. Or cold calling people. That last one is pretty useful.

Oh and finally talking to strangers. Follows through with cold calling but at the same time it is different.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I guess height. Or this weird accent as if I was in one country long enough to pick up the accent but not long enough to develop it - before moving to another country and doing the exact same thing.

That or maybe being pretty straight forward and open about things.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books. Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrel. Fucking awesome book written by Susan Clark. Loved the Earthsea collection as well.

Movies. The Jacket, a psychological thriller was amazing. Edward Scissorhands was good, and so was I am legend. I personally love movies where the protagonist dies in the end. Better than the clique of happily ever after.
V for Vendetta; Lord of the Rings; Matrix; Hero; Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon; Last Samurai; October Sky; Trick 'r Treat.

I dislike R&B and rap, techno as well. Polka... forget about it. Love Opera music, Black, Industrial, Gothic Metal, Instrumental, Industrial, and some of the classics: Romantic Metal, Progressive Trance, Drums'n'bass, Vocal trance, and Darkwave. Like listening to opposites, worked out well for me.

Food is a cult. I'm a meat eater, than you very much, and would love to eat some Teriyaki Beef with Steamed Rice, or A medium-rare sirloin steak with a caeser salad on the side. I love to cook food, and would usually cook my own cereal and japanese/chinese/arabic cuisine.

Or just cook a steak, i'm fine with that :D

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Food. I love making food and going all out even if it is just for myself.

2. My laptop. Whether it is for making art or creating games this little bugger is something im in a hate-love relationship with.

3. Coffee. I love the smell of it, especially a black cup of coffee in the morning.

4. Mobile phone. Whether it is to listen to music or read news or just check up on friends, it has become a lot more important than I would have liked.

5. ImagineFX. I have been subscribing to the magazine for a few years now and I love seeing what other people are pulling off in terms of art, or using it to learn new skills.

6. Piano. It is relaxing, playing it every now and then, or listening to others play.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I tend to think about what other games we should make or about how my friends are doing in the states or Lebanon. Or about what cool new thing I could try to invent and how it would work out. Or where the company would be in 10 years and the crazy things I want to do by then.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a café working or making a painting.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If my head gets scratched I tend to fall asleep or get drowsy.
