Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I was young I told my friends and my family that I wanted to
make video games for a living. I studied many things and went to
several schools, moving across the country in order to find the
education and experience to break into the industry. I've finally
managed to realize that dream from my youth and I'm looking now to
see what else I can do to improve my life.
I've lived everywhere from California to Maryland growing up and
finding a job, so I've experienced a lot of different climates.
Bellevue is really nice though so I hope I can stick around here
for a while (thankfully my current job is relatively stable by game
I did a lot of computer science while I was in college so I like
science/math jokes. I laugh at bad puns and enjoy meandering
conversations. Sometimes people have a hard time keeping up with
what I'm saying since I switch topics frequently.
I'm a big anime nerd and I enjoy cosplay, so fair warning if you're
not into that kind of thing. I am very much into video games as
well. It's my job, and it's my passion. I know that it might seem
like a childish thing to some people but I take it pretty
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to get organized right now. There's always been a lot of
things on my mind, but now I'm actually trying to sort them
I'm not really a social butterfly or even a social caterpillar but
I wanted to try out a dating site like this and see how things
went. In the meantime I'm satisfied with trying to do my best at
what I like to do while enjoying my hobbies to the fullest.
It's a bit embarrassing, but one of the things I've been trying to
get better at is drawing. You can see the stuff I'm currently
working on here: http://saikyohibiki.deviantart.com
/ I generally
try to update at least once a week to stay active.
I think a lot about what games I should play next. Game theory is a
topic I'm really invested in and I really like working with the
complex systems and interactions at my job.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a firm believer that mastery of anything takes a lot of
dedication and the key to getting better is to never be satisfied
with what you can do already.
With that said I constantly strive to be better at martial arts,
drawing, analytical thinking, game design theory, fighting games
and League of Legends. I wouldn't say I'm a master at anything yet,
but I'm working on it.

Probably the ponytail. I also have somewhat broad shoulders from my
dad's side (makes finding dress shirts a pain sometimes).
