I currently work as the quality control manager at a local pro audio manufacturing company. We build multi-pair cables and microphone input boxes for concerts. I'm a little shy but lately I have been coming out of my shell:) I'm going out and meeting new people a lot lately and it's really fun. I love animals and the outdoors. I had two really cool cats, Tsuki and Yoshime, but I let my ex keep them. I have 5 chickens that are awesome. I raised them from chicks. I hang out with them in the back yard for an hour or so almost every day after work. Need any eggs? I get five a day now. How many people can say their pets make them breakfast? Don't worry, I'm a vegetarian and I don't have a rooster so none of the eggs are fertilized. I don't eat babies:)

I'm looking to start a new line of work. I'm getting tired of the same old thing everyday and the company I work for is kind of unstable right now. I've worked there for ten years now and it's time for a change. I'm thinking of becoming self-employed. I haven't decided exactly what I'm going to do yet as far as what type of business it will be, but I have some ideas. If you're curious, feel free to ask me what they are. All I know is that I don't want to work for someone else for the rest of my life. I want to do something better.

I've been playing guitar since I was about 12 years old and I've been told I'm pretty good. I like making custom stained glass art. Take a look at my pictures and let me know what you think. I'd love the practice if you have something you would like made. I sculpt, draw, and build interesting things. I'm good at my job and anything I put my mind to. I'm a really good listener and pretty good with advice on most topics. I have a lot of common sense. Anyway, I think that's enough tooting of my own horn.

Prey by Michael Crichton, A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore, Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" is amazing. Movies: Box of Moonlight, The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Memento, Finding Nemo, Frank Zappa's "Baby Snakes", Altered States, V For Vendetta, Dr. Strangelove, Stand By Me, The Shawshank Redemption, anything Monty Python, There's Something About Mary, A Clockwork Orange, Juno, The Darjeeling Limited, Little Miss Sunshine, Anchorman, etc. There are a lot more. Ask me if I've seen it and I'll tell you if I liked it. I have an eclectic taste in music. I like almost everything except rap. If they are talented musicians and keep the music interesting, I'm into it. Right now Sleepytime Gorilla Museum is one of my favorites. Other than that, I really like King Crimson, Frank Zappa, Mr. Bungle, Ozric Tentacles, Secret Chiefs 3, Estradasphere, John Zorn, Tom Waits, James Taylor, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Liquid Tension Experiment, Black Light Syndrome, Battles, Don Caballero, Simon and Garfunkel, Modest Mouse, Rilo Kiley, Dr. Demento (radio show), The Postal Service, old Metallica, The Beatles, Beatallica, George Benson, and a lot more. Mexican food is pretty close to my all time favorite. Asian, Indian, and Italian are close behind.

life in general, politics, what to do today, what 3 words describe me best, working for myself, how things work, how things are made, self-sufficiency, music, the fact that it's already dark when I get home because of the stupid time change, going home from work, wondering why I was in such a hurry to get home from work, working out, the distance an ant travels in a day.

At home with friends, at a bar with friends or chatting with the person next to me making new ones, home alone playing music or making art, I don't have any plans this Friday. Do you?
