Hello there. Please read on.

I am a friendly, thoughtful, sometimes sarcastic, occasionally witty, easygoing kind of girl. I can supply intelligent conversation on a variety of topics, and, being a therapist, I have been trained to listen attentively and appear interested no matter what you're saying. Ok kidding, but I am talented on the listening front, and may throw in a little dream analysis if you're lucky. Though I'm introverted in some ways, undeinably thoughtful, and enjoy hanging out with a good book, I also love conversation, being out with friends, and meeting new people.

I can be kind of shy before you get to know me, but with a little time and maybe some wine I will soon be at ease. I also fall pretty strongly on the caring and affectionate side, and I love animals, so I will be happy to meet your furry friends, if you have any. I'm working as a social worker at a community mental health clinic. Basically I do psychotherapy with kids and families, and some case management stuff too. It can be crazy and stressful, but I enjoy it.

I'm pretty tall, that gets noticed quick, especially by the kids I work with.

I'm pretty bad at picking favorites, as a general rule. Suffice it to say that I love to read, both novels and nonfiction (favorite books include Pride and Prejudice and God of Small Things), love going to see movies, and well, love to eat.
