My Self-Summary
Upon consultation with a few friends, I'm in the process of
altering my profile. This usually takes awhile for me. I'm pretty
lousy at describing myself.
I'm something of a gamer girl and a tech geek. For a living I'm a supervisor on a tech support desk. It's even less glamorous than it sounds, but it has it's moments.
I love going out with my friends, specifically to Vertex. It's pretty much the only place you are likely to see me "dancing" if it can be called that. But I have a great time doing it.
I love to read and hike. I've been known on occassion to do both at once. Anything more I'll add later or you can find out by asking, I suppose.

What I’m doing with my life
I spend my days (or nights depending on the month) supervising a
tech support desk. Ooooo the excitement of it. It's not a great
job, nor does it pay what it should for the work we do, but I have
formed a good support network there and that's critical to me right
now, so I'll most likely be sticking to this job for awhile.
I’m really good at
I'm amazing at forgetting names. Chances are, if it's not a bad
piece of hardware, I can fix your computer or at least make it run
a bit better. I can often debate quite well even when taking a side
I personally disagree with. I'm told I give very good back and face
massages, but
never having been able to give either to myself I can only take
their word on it.
Also I sing. Often. I sing for myself, and as such believe I do a good job of it. Other people's opinions have varied.

This is harder to answer then it should be. My tastes are rather

Books: The works of Guy Gavriel Kay, Jaqueline Carey, Robert Heinlein, and Terry Pratchett leap to mind.
Movies: What Dreams May Come, Somewhere in Time, Pretty much anything from Mel Brooks, Princess Bride... lots of others...
Music: I'm instead going to list my favorite professional female vocalists. Mary Fahl, Loreena McKennitt, Maddy Prior, Annie Halsam, and pretty much any female singer whose last name is Brennan (this includes Enya).
Foods: Gyro Pita. That one's easy.

The six things I could never do without
Music, Humor, Friends, My cats, a large comfy bed, and books.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. My mind is all over the place most of the time. Trying
to follow the thread of my thoughts can be quite dizzying for
others I'm told.

I think this is a particularly silly question. If I was willing to
admit it here, I'd probably admit it elsewhere and then it would
hardly be private would it?
