My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello and thanks for stopping by.

First of I am 46 not 45.

Originally from France I have made Chicago my home since 1992.

I am a sweet human being who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. I strive to challenge myself mentally and keep myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit.

I am athletic and enjoy being active, and seek someone who values these things himself. I am adventurous, ambitious, tenacious, loving, responsible, passionate, loyal, and affectionate. I enjoy talking and listening, love to travel, explore the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, bike riding, and tennis. I also like staying in to snuggle and watch a movie.
I practice yoga and mediate regularly.

Laughing and being silly is important to me; I appreciate and welcome a partner's sense of humour and silliness. I am usually high energy and not always patient, but am taking my time with that :-) Myers Briggs says I am an ISTJ.

My tastes in music are eclectic.

Movies: “Tell no one” was fantastic, Midnight Express, Missing, The Year of Living Dangerously, Indies, Foreign movies, drama, the life of others, action, etc.

Series: Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, The Wire, Bloodline, House of Cards, Lie to me, The Tudors, Spartacus, Blacklist, Damages, Spiral, Walking dead (Yeah, I know never thought I would get into it..)

Books: Richard Bach, Paolo Coelho, Carlos Castaneda, Mitch Albom, the second brain, non-fiction. Pema Chodron, etc.

I am looking to date and would ultimately like to be in a healthy, long-term relationship with a man who is attentive, reliable, curious about the world, affectionate, loyal, emotionally and financially secure (as in fiscally responsible, stable, self-supporting). I'd like to meet a man who knows himself yet continues to seek and learn more. Honest and open communication is important to me. I am attracted to a man who goes after what he wants in life and is open to nurturing a relationship with me.

Warm regards,

Sandra

Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Growing personally and professionally. Learning to be in the moment and practicing being anxious about nothing. Looking for my last relationship :), that imperfect right man for me :)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being a trustworthy friend and partner. Planning, doing what I say, taking action, addressing issues, expressing my needs. This is what comes to my mind, right now today :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile, my eyes, my height?? Not sure :)

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
With friends, at the gym, or concerts in the park, relaxing at home with my cat Kilimanjaro. Cooking. Summer dance.

You can read between the lines and think you get a sense of the woman I am (as imperfect as I may be), and it resonates with your own values, beliefs, and goals.
