My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Being a good Minnesotan I'd like to be able to offer you a little something to eat. I think I'm a decent cook but it can be tough cooking for just one so I am no stranger to a peanut butter sandwich or a meal of an apple and cheese and maybe a little tapenade with a baguette, yum. I like to think I'm open to trying new foods but I do have my favorites. When I go to my favorite restaurants I usually get the same thing that I know I like. There are a lot of good restaurants in Mpls but I don't care much for driving downtown.

Things I like to do are kayaking although I've only done it once, canoeing, snowshoeing and horseback riding although it's been a hundred years since I've done any of those. I work in health insurance so very busy right now. I have a workout program that I like and a little dog that likes to be outside sniffing around at everything. She's a JRT mix so she's a hunter. I've had her for 4 yrs and we are really bonded. I got myself some birding binoculars for the nature walks. They are good but I wish I would have bought bigger more powerful ones.

My parents, of course, are older and I spend as much time with them as I can. I have one adult son...
Let's see, what else should I include?

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
...getting a roasted chicken from Byerley's and watch Shark Tank. Maybe pick up a movie from Redbox but then I watch it on Saturday evening
