My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Warm, empathic, creative with a tad bizarre humour perhaps.

Note to visitors: many of you say that this has been written by a guy - it is written by me. I am fully capable of writing my own profile.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Studying, writing, researching, daydreaming and at the moment looking for an acting club to join. I also try to keep fit then ruining it all by eating chocolate, but hey it`s all about balance right?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I make a mean lasagne, and even meaner blueberry pie.

And making awesome playlists!
The first things people usually notice about me

The most perceptive people comment on my height
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Could never pick just a few, there are too many things I like.
But just to give a small sample:

Films: 2001, Clockwork Orange, THX1138, Blade runner, Stand by me, Sideways, Everything is illuminated, Metropia, Moon, Being John Malkovich, Her, Waltz with Bashir, Dazed and Confused, Requiem for a dream, Mud, Naked, Another year. Oh, and I think Rochelle Rochelle might be worth a glance (bonus if you get the reference). I also like documentaries.

Music: Future Sound of London, Nick Drake, Portishead, Radiohead, Bonobo, Cinematic Orchestra, Cure, All India Radio, Radical Face, the National, Maccabees, Deptford Goth, Flaming lips, Foals, Animal Collective, Radio Dept, Apparat, xx, Band of Horses, Washed Out, Iron & Wine, Death cab for Cutie, Boards of Canada, Plaid and much more. I listen to a wide range of stuff, depends on my mood I guess.

Books: Never let me go & The remains of the day by Kazuo Ishiguro, American psycho by Brett Easton Ellis, Maus by Art Spiegelman, Brave new world by Aldous Huxley, The Emigrants by Wilhem Moberg, poems by Gustaf Fröding, The Stranger by Camus, Ett ögonblicks verk by Anders Paulruds, Richard Bentall, Daniel Dennett.

Foods: I love food! Both to cook and to eat (especially eat), but I try to eat healthy though. I`m a pretty good chef if I may say so myself. I like most kinds of foods, with a particular fondness for olives, cherries & chocolate - not in combination though!

Plays: Posh, The Winslow Boy, Wolf Hall & FetMats

Shows: Seinfeld, Curb your enthusiasm, Game of Thrones, Star Trek (unashamedly).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My loved ones.
Creative stimuli.
Intellectual stimuli.
Intimacy - physical and emotional.
Exploring - new people, new places, new ideas, new things to do.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things that I want to do and how I should go about to transmit those thoughts into action.

Unfortunately, I also spend too much time thinking about philosophical matters, social injustice, human behaviour, space and the universe and things like that.

And why so many straight girls are visiting my profile!?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Preferably out with friends, having dinner and drinks - either out or at someone´s house.
The cinema is also a good choice for a Friday night. Or if I stay in, I´m likely to spend the whole night either writing, researching or drawing -accompanied by chocolate. Obviously.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Sometimes I think my sense of humour is slightly disturbed.
Oh, and that I have an annoying tendency to think of these things when I`m alone in public places which leads me to grin like a moron.
Probably not the best move to use the words "disturbed" & "moron" on a dating site, but I`ll take the chance.
