I grew up on the border and have found myself in "in between" situations all my life. My family and friends are very important to me. For some foolish reason I decided to come to school very far from where I call home.
I have a wide range of interests from indie rock music and film to bacteria and evolution. I love learning new things and being surprised by old things.
I guess what I want you to come away with from reading this is that I have a big heart, I'm cute and I really like beards.
I have a bearded boyfriend so I am less apt to respond if you want something romantic.

What I’m doing with my life
I am about to finish my last year of undergrad at a tiny private
school in Maine. I'm a biology and latin american studies
double major. I know, two completely unrelated fields, but not
everything in life has to fit together perfectly. I hope to go to
graduate school somewhere in Texas (I didn't know I'd miss it so
much) and from there start my life as a foxy lady scientist.

I was recently accepted into UNT grad school for biology. I'm really excited about it and am hoping to move into my sweet apartment there soon.
